California Burrito — Restaurant in Antioch

This was my first time visiting this location, as normally I go to Lone Tree. I hope the Manager or someone up the chain reads this: the service is BAD, the girl at the register has a bad attitude and this location need to re-think how they treat customers... I purchased $38.89 worth of food, I requested my 3 items to be bagged separate as it was for 3 people, and I requested chips and salsa on all 3 bags. well I got one and I was asked to pay for the other 2, also on top of paying almost $40 for food, I was charged $0.50 for using my card.

3 Issues here: 1; the Lone Tree location does not charge extra for using the card/atm. 2; the Lone Tree location does not charge extra for chips, specially if you spend almost $40. and 3; The employees are RUDE when I asked.

Is not about the .50 cent extra charge, it is about how RUDE they are when asked for extras. This location I will never comeback.

NOTE to the MGR. Remember this is not the only location, California Burrito food is ok, but never been GREAT. it is more of the convenience of a drive thru, but they are plenty of other Mexican Taquerias that have Great Food. If you are going to charge customers for extras or to pay with cards (unlike the other locations) at least have good service and...

I came to this place and ordered their chicken and beef crispy tacos. They messed up the order and didn't give me the correct amount of tacos that I paid for so I returned to this place for them to correct the order and give me the right amount of tacos. I thought they corrected their mistake only to find that the tacos I went back for had pistachio nut shells inside them and I almost cracked my teeth when I took a bite. As you can imagine my disgust with an establishment that would allow that to happen in their kitchen and to serve that to their paying customers I will Never spend my money here again and if you're reading this review, you shouldn't either! There are plenty of other restaurants that value their customers and quality of food and unfortunately this isn't one of those...

Saw this place as I was driving by to my hotel room. Seemed awfully busy and new so I thought I would give a try.

It was moderately busy and clean nonetheless. Staff is courteous and well mannered.

I ordered a 3 taquito plate with chicken and a cheese quesadilla. Salsa bar was clean and well stocked. All meals come with free chips so I stocked up on these as well especially being freshly made.

Got back to my room and food was not greasy. Well plated and cooked perfectly. The food was lacking flavor (ex. Salt)

Starting to notice that more and more of places. Makes me feel like I should just cook the food myself if it’s going to be made halfassed. Sorry just have a strong opinion about it. Not...
