The food was not as good as normal I ordered a double char burger it did not taste fresh it tasted like it was left over or over cooked I also ordered a grilled chicken sandwich it was fair also nothing special or spectacular I do not get the value meal package as no matter what you tell them they always fill the cup with ice with very little of the beverage and the fries most of the time taste soggy or are cold they must use very poor quality oil or never filter or change the oil for the deep fryers I've ordered the grill chicken salad which is OK or fair but the thousand island dressing is very poor quality is the reason it always tastes like it's bitter or sour or be cause is made with high fructose corn syrup instead of sugar because it's very cheap and basically has no expiration date this also another reason I no longer purchase French fries at the habit the ketchup they provide also has high fructose corn syrup I've called and sent emails several times to the corporate office with no response I guess their way is to only use quality products only when it's very cheap but their slogan is there's no substitute for quality what a big lie this I really only go the habit for my wife's sake because she has a very sensitive stomach I personally would rather go to jack in the box great food at a reasonable price plus they have a lot more...
Read moreI recently visited the Habit at 2430 Mahogany Way, Antioch, CA, Store Number 0193, and my experience was quite disappointing. Despite the drive-through line being lengthy, I decided to go inside, hoping for a quicker service and to see my food being prepared. Unfortunately, the service was far from satisfactory.
There were only two people in front of me, yet it took 15 minutes for their orders to be processed. As the third person in line, I encountered issues with using a char ticket. The cashier struggled with the barcode, leading her to call over the manager, Cassandra.
I expressed my concerns about the long wait time, given my own experience as a business owner. Cassandra, however, blamed the delay on Diane, a new employee. As a CEO myself, I believe in taking full responsibility for such issues and would have considered offering a small compensation, like a free milkshake, for the inconvenience. Instead, Cassandra responded with attitude, which led me to question the hiring and training practices at this location.
In the end, Cassandra rushed the kitchen to prepare my burger, resulting in an undercooked meal. The service was disappointing, and the attitude from management was unacceptable. Read moreI went to the drive thru. It took about five minutes to take my order so I decided to DON’T buy anything but got stock in the drive thru. I wait almost twenty minutes in the drive thru lane until the car in front of me finally left. I asked to speak with the manager to let her know my disappointment. I have to clarify I was upset but in any moment was rude. Imani was the name she gave me, she said she was the manager, very rude and condescending she said that it took so long because the people change their order. A mean really???? I used to work in a fast food restaurant when I was younger and when that happened to avoid that when people missing items or change orders we used to tell them to come inside to pick up the new order. This “MANAGER” was rude and she didn’t even let me gave you an advice she walk away and close the window in my face. Idk why she speak to me with bad words and that attitude.
