The only reason this gets 1 star is because theres no opinion for zerp stars! The wait in drive thru takes 5-10 minutes just to take the order then another 5-10 minutes to get your order. I waited in line for 15 minutes to get to the order board with only 3 cars in front of me, to get there to wait for anyone to acknowledge I was there. After 2 minutes waiting to be greated I said "hello, Is anyone there?" 3 minutes later still no response, I lucky had a way to get out of the drive thru. If you have nothing better to do than sit in drive thru and be ignored then this is the place to go. If you are on a time restraint then just avoid going to this location. Just avoid this place, Oh! If you have a special order here verify it before you leave because if it's wrong like it is most of the time, they don't answer the phone to resolve it either. Sorry Burger King but you have dropped the ball at this location and seems like you need to do some hiring. If I owned or managed this location I would clean house and hire associates that care about drive thru goals and customer service. Maybe even have associates on the sandwich line wear head sets and dedicate a line just for drive thru orders, 3 drive thru orders to 1 dine in order.... It's really not that hard... And getting paid $12.00 an hour to ignore customer service just boggles my mind. I'm irritated beyond comprehension. Theres Habit burgers, McDonald's, Panda Express, Carl's Jr, Togos, Taco Bell, In and Out close by... Just go to one of these...
Read moreAbsolutely the worse customer service from the General manager Elisa...Alisha... she was so rude and bent outta shape at 7a that I couldn't understand her name. She was yelling at the uber lady because she asked the to fill the client's cups to the top or put more ice in...she threatened to report her when she asked if the over filled cups could be wiped off cuz soda was leaking down the side. A man came in from the drive thru with a small hashbrow, he ordered a large....she stopped texting handled the food added more hash browns to his small pack. He was in disbelief as was I. He then asked for the large he ordered she didn't like that at all. She slammed things around and obliged. I'm not sure how BK handles stressed out employees but that general manager 😳 may need a LOA. Like as a general manager you should have mastered customer service let's not even get to problem solving and descalation.... repeat clientele was not on her mind. Hundreds of burger kings are closing. They may as well add this one to the list. I have never ever seen such a blatant disregard for multiple black customers at once. Now it could have been a coincidence but I don't know....the jury is still out on that one Oh it was a $50 order for 3. The general managers truck was also blocking the handicapped parking.....she may need a re-trainning. Choose any BK but not this one it's always...
Read moreCustomer service needs improvement. The drive thru had 4 cars ahead of me before I pulled up to it. As I decided to park instead and walk in, I saw 2 of those cars back up and exit the parking lot. I still felt confident with only 3 other customers in the parlor, 2 of which had already ordered, and now only 2 cars left in the drive thru, I'd be helped in a reasonable amount of time. I just wanted value fries and a small order of mozzarella sticks. All I can say is it literally took 30 mins from the time I walked in to the parlor, placed my order, receive it and leave. The person ahead of me couldn't get it together, had issues with the menu and was trying to consider what all he wanted. He ultimately ordered over $40.00 worth of food. I get that's a large order for it to be BK but still....... The representative never addressed the wait, never apologized and none of the staff had hustle, those over 35 know what I mean. To me, they were too leisure under the circumstances of people leaving and waiting in the Drive thru. I understand completely that these are young people working and they only know what we teach them so please talk with your staff about the importance of customer service. Fries and cheese sticks were great by the way but if I choose to go back to this location again and the same thing happens, I'll do like the others did in the drive thru and go somewhere else and...
