The drive thru employee was rude, and disrespectful. They didn’t give us our full order and they made a mistake and telling us we just wanted free food. Disappointing experience, as I always go here after work.. we had to go back to drive thru because they forgot to give us part of the order.
and when we checked the food they gave us the wrong one and they argued that its what we ordered. When i opened it i knew right away that it wasnt the right one, we were respectful the whole time we asked nicely, even ask to confirm with them but they were annoyed and was telling us we just wanted “FREE FOOD”
Like how is it free if we didn’t wanna keep it? We just wanted the right order, our order But she was just giving us attitude, dont even wanna talk to us properly
Lady, I would have paid for it even if it wasnt our mistake. And i didn’t wanna keep the wrong order but she was already mad about it. She slamming sht. This may sound silly, for complaining but she was mean and disrespectful the whole time which she didnt need to.
You chose to work in fast paced environment, if you dont have the patience to work there then dont,
It was literally in the receipt and she didnt want to give the receipt back. She slammed the window on us. And saying they just want free food as she was handing the right order.
I dont accept any disrespectful sht towards me, especially when it was unnecessary.
Please find another job if simple mistakes like this makes you mad and disrespectful towards customers.

Charged $14 instead of the usual $22 and we mentioned it seemed incorrect but was reassured everything was fine. There was a 2 entrée plate missing and they wouldn't correct it at the window so we went around front as directed. After waiting 10 minutes we went inside. We were told we needed face masks... hence going through the drive thru. So after a little back and forth I paid for thier mess up and received my plate which had nothing on it that I ordered. This place could use a lesson in customer service.The Panda Express I frequent in Concord and Pittsburg are miles ahead in customer service than this location in Antioch. I was approached by a homeless girl in line she was actually in line so I bought her lunch only to find out she was not allowed in this store . Well if she wasn't allowed in this place why was she in line.I was treated very unfair as a result.So my lunch cost me 22.00 instead of 10.00 because they allowed this person to panhandle in line.I was told later she wasn't allowed in here we'll I guess they should have stopped her at the door if she wasn't.She was ahead of me in line.I won't be back to this location...
