Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Antioch

The quality of the food is fine/typical. The first time I went into the restaurant (summer 2025) a woman around 35-45 (manager) was scolding a teenage boy about something he did wrong. She pulled him aside right in front of us. I had no idea what he did wrong and found this to be completely inappropriate.

We always order through the app & if we dine in, our order is usually fine.

We’ve ordered through the app for drive thru pick up probably a dozen times and every single time, something is missing. Usually it’s 1 out of 5 of our drinks (family of 5!) so it’s easy to spot and catch before we leave. The one time it was me & not my husband, they were rude (man in his late 30s-early 40s) when I said I was missing a drink.

Luckily they’ve never forgotten an entree but at least twice we’ve been shorted an order of fries and didn’t notice until...

Been here multiple (breakfast, lunch and dinner) times since this location opened. First couple of weeks seemed pretty smooth, but as time has gone on, service has gotten worse, especially in the drive through. Drove through times are extremely long for no apparent reason compared to other chick fil a’s I’ve been to in the Bay Area (many of them). I’ve had missing items (I place all my orders through the mobile app unless I go inside so there can’t be any mis communication).I’ve received the wrong drink, brought it back and they gave me the remade drink made exactly the wrong way. Food hasn’t come out cold but isn’t exactly hot sometimes.

A lot of this I attribute it to being a new location and new employees still working out processes. Hopefully...

Disappointed with My First Visit

This was my very first visit to the Chick-fil-A in Antioch, and unfortunately, it left a bad impression. I ordered two 3-count boxes of chicken strips, but when I got home, I discovered that one box only had two strips and a dried-up piece of chicken skin. On top of that, they refused to provide extra Chick-fil-A sauce, which felt stingy and unwelcoming.

This level of service was disappointing, especially since I’ve never had an experience like this at other Chick-fil-A locations such as Dublin, Livermore, and Pittsburgh. They’ve always been consistent with both food quality and customer service.
