Jamba — Restaurant in Antioch

If I could give negative stars I would. That's how frustrated I am with this place. Put in an order for 50 smoothie snack packs online to be picked up this afternoon. I called the store to confirm that my order had been received and that everything would be set for pickup. The only thing is that NO ONE ever picks up the phone. The phone just rings continuously. Then I get an automated message that the says "the person that I am trying to reach has a voice mail that has not been set-up yet. Please try my call again."

Contacted the online customer service number and they couldn't even reach anyone at the store. Shouldn't they have a secret bat number that they could use to get a hold of someone? This is incredibly ridiculous. I guess a drive over there is the next best thing.

The quality of Jamba is consistent, that much you can rely on. What’s unacceptable is the service. Hiring teens is great, but in doing so as a large organization you need to create training and development for proper customer service skills. At no time is it ok to have a line of people waiting for their beverages to be blended and the people behind the counter are more engaged in talking to each other than actually fulfilling the orders. The young men behind the counter are pleasant and I dont think they mean to slack, this is more of a training and development issue. These young people need to be taught the skills needed if they are going to be entrusted in representing a large brand like...

Is this even a real Jamba Juice?? I wish juice it up was around because we got two drinks and both were fails.. one straight up had spoiled fruit and smelled like fish!! Disgusting and not even edible. The second drink had zero orange flavor somehow it’s an orange drink? Are these even real recipes from Jamba? I feel like this location has terrible management and it’s just not clean.
