Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Brentwood

I went here with a family member and three small children. One 4-year-old happened to be on the autism spectrum and was pretty well behaved. However, twice she ran behind the price counter and grabbed a bag of gum balls. We sat and ate and we're going to pay after. The staff instead of approaching the adults, repeatedly approached a 7-year-old, a 10-year-old and a autistic 4-year-old and asked when they were going to pay for the gumballs. At no point in time, did they come and approach myself or my family member. In my humble opinion, this is unacceptable and they should really just know better. I strongly feel that the environment here is non-inclusive. We had paid for unlimited jump time. They claimed they were short-staffed and kept closing that area. When the kids came and asked the staff to open the area, they were talked rudely to. The staff here was extremely rude and unprofessional. They look annoyed by customers and apparently can't deal with kids being kids. I highly doubt that a 4-year-old stealing a bag of gum balls was the worst thing they've seen to date. At the end of our visit, the staff was extremely rude to myself and my family member. They let us know we hadn't paid for the gumballs and that the manager earlier was not happy. Once again, no one approached us or said anything and the staff talking to us, was extremely rude and condescending. This location is highly disappointing. Based on this experience alone, I cannot recommend this place. Man, what a disservice this does to Mr Charles Entertainment Cheese himself.

There's only 1 animatronic and all he does is look back and forth, back and forth. Worst of all, he's an older design and doesn't match either the suit actor or the videos that play. Sad, sad, sad.

Secondly there's no ball pit, no tubes to climb in, nothing. Just those same games you would see at a round one or any other pop up/temp arcade. You know the ones, the ones that aren't bolted into the ground in case this place decides to close suddenly in the middle of the night without warning.

Lastly, and strangest of all, even though CEC is a franchise, if you fill up your card at one location guess what? You can only redeem it at that location. If you go to another CEC your card shows as empty and to have to refill your card again at that location. WTH? If I go a round one, I can add funds to my card at any round one and use it at any round one. Not here though. That's a real scummy thing to do.

This place is a shadow of it's former self. I don't think Mr Cheese has passed on (then again I don't know the lifespan of anthropomorphized mice) but if he has he would surely be rolling in his grave at the sight of what's become of his one great franchised establishment.

My name is kemberly Walker I was there with my grandkids and the staff allowed my 3 year old autism granddaughter to go out the front door and was missing for over 12 mins , she was nowhere to be found ,in the parking lot nowhere they didn't call the police ,they gave up looking for her returning back in the building without her still never calling the police, .... And the person/staff that was SURPOSE to be at the door kept leaving the post. I had to go to the hospital thinking I was having a heart attack . Yelling , screaming running out of the parking saying call the police help me Lord Call the police... My life this flash between my eyes. Chucky cheese is where I bring them instead of a park in the sun with security at the door with a system of a stamp that's for a parent and a child but Chuck e cheese has failed me and it could have ended horrible with all this child's trafficking and all kidnapping going on. My chest have not stop hurting since and Im having nightmares every night that I'm scared to close my eyes or take my eyes off her... I need help medical treatment to see the doctor and get test ran on my heart.. I also did a complaint that day and the police was called and refused to do a report or call the ambulance to have...
