Irritated. Went to this 24 hour McDonaldâs last night (4/9) and I sat waiting at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes with no answer. Drove to the windows. No one there. Went back to the speaker, honked a few times; said hello numerous times, no response? I just donât get it. If youâre closed then just say that but it literally said on the building open 24hrs Friday & SaturdayâŠ? I donât understand why human decency isnât a thing anymore. Someone could have just said weâre closed or I canât take your order, something. All lights were on and there were cars in the parking lot. I literally almost started knocking on windows like. I get this is a bit dramatic but like, after having a very long night and driving passed 4 closed McDonaldâs on my way home, I was really looking forward to some chicken nuggies from my local 24 hr McDonaldâs and I didnât even get them. đ

Today I placed an online order. It went through. I paid for it. Get to the restaurant to be told âcurently NO FRIED FOOD, no crispy nuggets, no fries, no fish, sorry for inconvenceâ likeâŠ? Can I just get one good experience here? Every time I go to this location, they canât give me food. Iâve made so many complaints to corporate that this location needs to be closed because theyâre just a waste of space at this point and a nuisance to the community.    Read moreThis McDonalds Management is very rude. One gal at the drive thru sniffed /spat in or tasted one of our drinks one time because we told her they made a mistake and gave us a diet coke. She turned her head away from the drive thru window and put the cup up to her mouth. They were very rude and instead of simply giving us a new regular coke they made a big deal out of it and called the police saying WE were the problem. We were just asking to have the coke replaced. New Management is badly needed. If the owner sees this, and I see many other reviews stating Management problems, I hope they get the problem fixed. We will be visiting Burger King across the street, where I might add the Management is great and ALL the employees are hygienic and very friendly. UPDATE. The owner has now ban us from his franchise. Well, i gotta tell ya, we are wearing that ban like a badge of honor ..... you really should try giving up a little bit of convenience for pride and patronize a place that actually appreciates your patronage.    Read moreI am no Karen and I do not like to complain unless I feel itâs valid. The quality of this McDonaldâs has gone down significantly in the last two years. I used to make it a point to only go to this McDonaldâs as the food used to look exactly like the commercials, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Since theyâve added new staff, they are rude, the second window younger male always refuses to give drink carriers because heâs too lazy to bend down to grab one. I then asked for a manager and then he proceeded to grab one as he âforgotâ the two stacks in front of him. The same one will belittle you because the app doesnât work even with a proof of purchase (emailed receipt with time stamp) they wouldnât give food because my app wasnât working. I just got home from getting a BigMac to then start choking on a large strand of hair which I then pulled out and pulled a large amount of burger from my throat back out. The quality of service and food here is on a constant decline. Workers are just collecting a paycheck and no longer have the younger staff that truly strived for good quality and service.
