First I walk in, and there’s no register. I order coca-cola and a double quarter pounder with no cheese on the kiosk. When I went to pay, it says, “card reader malfunction pay at register” and since there’s no register, I go to another kiosk and redo my whole order. Then there’s no receipt paper to print out so I don’t have an order number. I go to the front to ask this dude to get my cup. He helps me. I got o get my drink and the drink machine was broken so I had to go back up to the front and talk to the dude again. He helps me a second time. I get my drink, put a lid on, and there’s no straws but I don’t want to bother the dude a 3rd time so I just drink out of the top. I find a table, put my drink down, go to the restroom to wash my hands and it has a passcode lock on it. So I walk up to bother the dude a 3rd time to ask for the code. Finish that, come out and I see an order waiting. It’s a diet coke and a quarter pounder which isn’t what I ordered so I left it. I see 3 other people waiting. Over time all their orders get called and they leave. First order is still sitting there but since I never got a receipt, I had no way of knowing it was mine. Manager comes up, I ask about it, and she just says, “This is all that came out so…” and walks away. Dude that helped me earlier comes up and he asks about it, looks at the screen, says they messed up, redid my order himself, bagged it, ran it out to me, and apologized for the wait. Then dude who helped me is helping another guy on the broken kiosk, they get to the part where it says the card reader is broken, he asks the manager, and she says, “Oh yeah that one.” and walks away AGAIN managing the problem. He has to go chase her down and ask her to transfer his order to another card reader. She could at least tape a piece of paper that says “out of order” on it if she knew the whole time. Hats off to the 20yo looking guy with the short black haird who was working and helped me 4 times along with other people. Maybe he should be the manager because he seemed to be managing food running, customer service, maintenance, taking orders, and cleaning. Good...
Read moreStopped in for some lunch. Drive threw was packed so I decided to walk inside for my food. I was able to order right away and I asked an employee to unlock the bathroom so I could wash my hands. The employee walked directly to the men's room to accommodate. After washing up I went back to the counter and waited. I noticed a bag of food resting on the counter. I asked the same employee (that unlocked the men's room) if the food on the counter was mine. She looked over at the bag then looked back at me, shrugged her shoulders and said I don't know, as she walked into the lobby with a washcloth in hand to wipe tables I assume. So I went to the bag, looked inside. It was the same food I ordered so I just picked it up. Realizing I never got my drink. I stood at the counter waiting to get the attention of anyone of 6 or 7 workers in the kitchen area. They were all very busy taking care of all the customers in the drive through. I had to shout so loud in order for ANYONE to even look at me. I was handed my cup along with an apology from a young man. Poured my drink and left. I am still so amazed at the lack of customer service skills in the food industry today. To think for one second that this person was the best applicant for the job just baffles my imagination. Referring to the first worker that helped me. I can understand that she was the ONLY applicant for the job, I mean that makes more sense to me. So what should McDonald's do? Fish in the deeper waters of the hiring pool in order to sell more food to make more money? Or hire this girl, who is personally responsible for this store losing this and his money. Read moreWorst McDonald's Ever food was cold & nasty! So I went to have it exchange with no attitude because that never helps anything 😒.So I go in, there this guy's asking for food & money . I asked the girl if she could just give it to the man and this little girl really said no I'm just going to trash it I would rather do that .not only that she was very rude and should not be working with the public she had judgement & hate all over her face .when another employee came by he asked what happened he knew who I was talking about and said he would have done something different sorry that happened he gave me my new order I left and it seem like they gave me the same food .I won't be back worst McDonald's & staff ever! They think they are invincible to homelessness and that will never happen to them they will never need someone to help because you have a small time job at McDonald's!👀 who raised these kids there being set up for failure with the wrong perception and bad attitude they have about life. Sad I hope they know that the world doesn't discriminate on how your life can go. People ,bad choice's ,bad attitude have a lot to do with it.God bless the man that was standing in front .I hope he gets a hot meal that he won't have to get out of the trash ! Oh and I only had $3 to get my own food so that's why I didn't buy him food or this story would be very different ☺️ don't turn a blind eye help the homeless 1 person at a time they need you they have lost themselves and found survival mode 😔 Peace be apon...
