Culver’s — Restaurant in Apopka

I'm a fan of their bogo burgers and shakes, so I had high hopes of trying the newer chicken sandwich and other items. I ordered the crispy, while hubby opted for the spicy crispy. They were okay, but neither of us were impressed. I was glad that I didn't get the spicy option, because it was too spicy for me to tolerate. Hubby took half of his home to finish at dinner. It was our first time to upgrade to cheese curds, but we won't likely get them again. When I don't order a shake, which is unusual, I drink their special root beer, which has a pleasant extra bite to it, while hubby continues with his preferred coke. Next time, I'll try something else or return to my a burger as my standby. The atmosphere is good, though not particularly special. Customer service is always excellent. The only thing that I consider s nuisance is paying extra for barbecue sauce when none of the other condiments are not. Since I don't get pickeld, it seems like getting a little barbecue sauce would not be too much to expect. At least, they continue to accept outdated coupons. I came here yesterday as we were nearby for an appointment that took way too long. So we wanted a quick bite, I called trying to confirm if the item I saw online was still available for order and I had talked to Zach on the phone. He was so helpful and actually sounded lively through the phone and offered to go the extra step on trying to help me place an online order (as I had asked a few questions). When I went to pick up, even more people, all seemed young like high schoolers, they were all so caring* as I was waiting off to the side. I was waiting for them to call my name and pick up at counter but one young worker came to me and handed me the food. They were all so nice that I forgot to get more names, and I heard the very kind name Zach but I was too flustered by the warm personalities. This is coming from a GenZ herself so it was nice to see such a lively place, even though they only had a couple in the restaurant, and they seemed to enjoy working there and with each other. It was heartwarming to see

Dined in for the first time today. We were missing a few items from our order - I had to go up three times when I realized we were missing items from the order. Each time I was explaining what I was missing and showing the receipt, Amanda jumped it and grabbed the items I was missing without any hesitation - she understood it’s easier to just replace it than to waste time trying to analyze and figure it out - very efficient! She understands great customer service! My daughter also spilled water on our table and we were cleaning it up with napkins - Amanda walked by and saw us cleaning and helped to clean it up properly with a towel! Other employees were walking by but no one offered to help, but she did. THANK YOU, Amanda! You were GREAT!! I hope she’s recognized for the customer service!
