WOW!!! I had, hands down, the most amazing experience with this car dealer and every single person employed there that there is no way you will believe it unless you go and have it for yourself to understand where I’m coming from!! I had almost given up on walk up car dealerships. My husband, young son and I drove to multiple dealerships over the weekend after shopping online. We went home empty handed without a vehicle and with the worst taste in our mouths for car dealerships in general. One lied about the actual packages on the truck, it literally was not equipped as was stated online. BTW ..it’s been 4 days and the bogus listing is still live on the net. Another dealer had the truck priced low and we were considering when they tacked on almost $6000 in hidden dealer fees. Yet another was cryptic about the lending aspect, tried to talk us into the dealer only loans through the maker and then said ..ā€well, shop around some banksā€ …uhh isn’t that what you are supposed to be helping us do? I mean ..šŸ˜’? We could but ..NEXT ..again!!! Then there was the last time I bought a car and it was a bait and switch situation where I signed all the docs for a lower interest rate and then they flipped it halfway through signing! Didn’t notice until my first bill ..crazy!!! Look ..I get it, this is a long review, but I have to have you understand where I was coming from when I pulled into Mullinax and it stated ā€œno dealer feesā€ …I thought sure ..well ..let’s go again, I mean, I NEED A CAR. Unbelievable customer service! As soon as we came through the doors, we were asked by every employee if we needed helps and as soon as we said who we were looking for, it was like the sales people were all family and calling the other in to let them know we arrived. Mind you, I had called a day before and spoke to Chris, great guy and knowledgeable salesman, if you are looking for perfect, yes, I recommend! Chris White ..thank you!! So it was going great, clean place, everyone is friendly, management went out of their way to meet and greet between the paperwork. We had picked the car online and it looked even better in person. Well, let’s see what happens at financing right?!? It was going too good and I was looking for the ball to drop and some slime ā€œreal dealership price or feeā€ to slip in right at the finish line. I’m pleased to say, they didn’t drop the ball in financing and every penny they said online before driving up there to see the car didn’t waiver at all! NO HIDDEN FEES!! I know right? Cesar was such a pleasure to close the deal with in financing. He was professional, very patient(oh I combed that contract) and honestly just a breath of fresh air. Buying a car used to give me the worst anxiety! I had given up on dealerships and thought, well it’s time for a car, put on your ammo, it’s WAR and the dealership is the enemy. At Mullinax, it’s not like that! I spent my time after driving 3 hours from Apopka to Tarpon Springs with my gorgeous new truck, exhausted from the whole hunt ..,but I wanted to get this review out asap! No joke, go and see the difference for yourself! I would drive further for this type of customer care! FIVE STARS Mullinax!! ā­ļø ā­ļø ā­ļø ā­ļø ā­ļø

This is my second experience with Mullinax Ford Apopka - specifically with Connor T., who sold me my used (new to me) Kia Sportage, and also sold my partner her new Ford Bronco before that. Both times were literally the smoothest, most stress free (as stress free as buying a car can be) experiences I could possibly imagine. Mullinax likes to keep your "family" with the same sales person so you know who you are dealing with, you're comfortable, and so you know who to call when you have questions etc., which I already think is a pretty great practice. Connor answered alllll of our questions, was able to help us BOTH, and we were in very different situations (her with great credit, a great trade in value, and a large down payment, me with not great credit, no trade in, and a smaller down payment), but he found things that fit both of our needs/wants/budgets, etc., each time. Mullinax's no haggle situation makes the process feel less intimidating, and like you really can rely on your sales person to help you make good decisions. Connor specifically made sure to tell us when he thought a car we were interested in was truly just a bad idea and why, based on what we said we wanted in the long run. I also got to experience a little bit of the service side of things, as I took my car in for an overall used car inspection with Kia once I purchased it and they found a few things they said were wrong that they wanted me to replace. When I touched base with Mullinax and Lee who was my finance advisor, (as I have a warranty), he advised me to bring it in, and if it was anything that wasn't covered they were going to try & push to get it fixed for me as a courtesy if possible because I had just purchased the car afterall, etc.. Long story (not so short), it turns out none of those things were actually even necessary, and it was a small money grab attempt by the Kia dealership since I had not actually purchased the car from them. Mullinax will not take your money if they don't need to - and they make sure to help every step of the way. I was also given a temporary plate as my car I was purchasing was a recent trade in and the new plate would be coming to me in the mail once the lien was released. Well the day when my tag expires is creeping closer and I never received my plate. I touched base with Starr in the title department who was able to see the lien had just been released, and she got a plate in the mail to me that day. Fast forward a week, still no plate, I got in touch with Starr again who was able to help me bypass the USPS issue that was happening (they lost my package), and she even filled out the application for me to get a replacement plate at the DMV, and had a check cut ready to reimburse me so I could go pick up my new plate before the temporary one expired. SO THIS WAS A LONG REVIEW - I know. I know. But do you see what I'm saying here? EVERY SINGLE PERSON at Mullinax Apopka is on your team. EVERY SINGLE PERSON is on your side, and is going to do whatever it takes to earn your business respectfully, professionally, and they have earned two customers for LIFE. Go buy your car there, the end!

First thing is first, no no pressure with UpFront pricing was a no brainer. Second, No Dealer Fees. Don't need a review for that. My Sales rep Noah greeted me at the door, handshake like the good ole days. When asked what I was looking for, I took him right outside to the 2024 Ford Maverick Hybrid XLT with the Hot Pepper Red color that I have been eyeing for 4 months. He had the keys in less than 5 mins, and out to the test drive we went. While on the test drive, i noticed a minimal issue with the front driver tire (probably from sitting on the lot for over a year.) still was in love with the truck. he taught me some things that i was unaware off, and i taught him a few after my many hours of research as i have never bought a brand new car before. Once back at the dealership, we went inside and started the process. I let him know I was already pre approved for financing through Capital one and I would most likely go with that process as I knew how much I was putting down, a rough estimate of my trade in, and knew what my monthly payment would be with the interest rate. We started the credit app and i let him know it would be okay to run a few other banks to see if they could beat it. (no bank did) Noah let me know they have a 4 bank limit to help the customer not receive a large ding on their credit. Once the credit app was done, they went outside to value my trade in. To be honest, this was the only bad part of the process and really was not their fault as I knew my car would not be the best, but they were only $250 down from my value that I wanted. Then it was off to the Finance Manager where they usually gut you from what I have been reading and watching. Lee the Finance Manager was not like i read, he was not demanding, did not push too hard, i did end up purchasing an additional warranty based on the amount of miles i drive in a typical year to extend my warranty another year. But again, it really felt like my decision as I made a logical decision to calculate how much it was and compare it to what a major repair would have cost. Just seemed to have it and not need it, then to not have it. Then the Dealership Manager Warren introduced himself, and threw in a free shirt (I know it was the least they could do). It was a pretty cool shirt, they dubbed it ā€œMaverick Maniaā€ and the Maverick pictured was one in the Hot Pepper Red. I let them know that they couldn’t use this shirt anymore as I purchased the last Maverick in this color and they 2025 did not have the color as an option anymore. Once all documents were said and done, it was time to make the actual down payment. We walked over to the front desk, handed over all the cash for the down payment, and the truck was ready from its detail. Noah took me out to the truck, showed me how to connect the FordPass app to the truck and we were on our way. I can not stress how great this experience was and I would definitely do business with this team again in the future.

Honestly, I wish I could give Mullinax Ford 5 stars. I've bought 2 vehicles from Mullinax Ford. The first time, the experience was great. However, recently when I bought my second car, the experience was less than stellar.

Recently, I placed an order for a new Bronco. Due to reasons out of Mullinax Ford's control, production was delayed, and I can't fault then for that, however, there was no communication from their end about those delays. Once production resumed, I reached out for more info regarding my build (I needed my VIN to access the tracker), but the response was brief and unhelpful. I had to reach out to Ford myself to get the info I needed.

When the truck was finally delivered to the dealership, we arranged to complete the sale that Saturday. Sounded good to me at the time because it gave Mullinax Ford time to prep the vehicle for sale and prepare whatever they needed, and gave me time to prepare my trade-in, get financing sorted, etc.

On Saturday, I show up a bit early and the rep that I've been working with wasn't immediately available. No big deal, I was early. When he was ready, we walked out to the truck and were about to go for a test drive, when suddenly, another one of his customers shows up. He dropped what he was doing for me and went to take care of the other customer and said it was would be quick. He let me do the test drive on my own, but when I got back he was still working with the other customer. I waited for another 20-30 minutes.

Once he was able to give me his "undivided" attention, he made excuses to walk away every few minutes while I sat there twiddling my thumbs. I'm aware that this is a sales tactic, but at this point there was nothing to negotiate and nothing to sell as I had truck built to order. It should've just been a matter of signing paperwork.

I didn't drive off the lot until 7+ hours after I got there... A sales manager even had the gall to joke that they've been keeping me there all day.

Later, it came to my attention that the tow package hadn't been installed on my truck, something that should've been done by the dealership upon delivery. I called my sales rep and he sorted it out with the service department so that I can just stop by whenever for the install.

When I do show up, they told me that that the install would take a few hours and that I could either wait or just leave the truck there. I didn't really want waste more of my time than I already had, but said that I'd just wait it out. Suddenly, they had a comp car that I could borrow if I wanted, which I declined. They were done with the install within 45 minutes. I get it "under promise and over deliver, etc" but don't tell me it'll be a 3 hour job if you know that's not the case.

Anyway... When I go to leave, a system fault message pops up on my dashboard. I go back inside and let them know. A few minutes later they tell me that its fixed and that I'm good to go. The fault messages are still showing so I go back inside and let them know. Suddenly they remember that the faults are caused by the new modules and need to be cleared out using another computer. Eventually its sorted out and I'm finally able to leave.

Now, all that being said, Mullinax has been very responsive and quick to help me sort out any of my issues. It took less than 30 minutes to arrange the tow package install over texting, and the install was ultimately done fairly quick.

I had another issue that was in my original review, but after speaking with a sales manager, we both agreed that it was a misunderstanding on my part, but it may have not been clearly explained in their end. I was refunded regardless, even though they had no reason to.

Other than that, everything has been great. Service appointments are completed in a timely manner, ordering parts is painless, and they're good about answering questions and getting me the info I need. Despite my issues with this recent purchase, I hope to continue doing business with them, as in the end, they made sure I was taken care of, even if it's at their...

WOW!!! I had, hands down, the most amazing experience with this car dealer and every single person employed there that there is no way you will believe it unless you go and have it for yourself to understand where I’m coming from!! I had almost given up on walk up car dealerships. My husband, young son and I drove to multiple dealerships over the weekend after shopping online. We went home empty handed without a vehicle and with the worst taste in our mouths for car dealerships in general. One lied about the actual packages on the truck, it literally was not equipped as was stated online. BTW ..it’s been 4 days and the bogus listing is still live on the net. Another dealer had the truck priced low and we were considering when they tacked on almost $6000 in hidden dealer fees. Yet another was cryptic about the lending aspect, tried to talk us into the dealer only loans through the maker and then said ..ā€well, shop around some banksā€ …uhh isn’t that what you are supposed to be helping us do? I mean ..šŸ˜’? We could but ..NEXT ..again!!! Then there was the last time I bought a car and it was a bait and switch situation where I signed all the docs for a lower interest rate and then they flipped it halfway through signing! Didn’t notice until my first bill ..crazy!!! Look ..I get it, this is a long review, but I have to have you understand where I was coming from when I pulled into Mullinax and it stated ā€œno dealer feesā€ …I thought sure ..well ..let’s go again, I mean, I NEED A CAR. Unbelievable customer service! As soon as we came through the doors, we were asked by every employee if we needed helps and as soon as we said who we were looking for, it was like the sales people were all family and calling the other in to let them know we arrived. Mind you, I had called a day before and spoke to Chris, great guy and knowledgeable salesman, if you are looking for perfect, yes, I recommend! Chris White ..thank you!! So it was going great, clean place, everyone is friendly, management went out of their way to meet and greet between the paperwork. We had picked the car online and it looked even better in person. Well, let’s see what happens at financing right?!? It was going too good and I was looking for the ball to drop and some slime ā€œreal dealership price or feeā€ to slip in right at the finish line. I’m pleased to say, they didn’t drop the ball in financing and every penny they said online before driving up there to see the car didn’t waiver at all! NO HIDDEN FEES!! I know right? Cesar was such a pleasure to close the deal with in financing. He was professional, very patient(oh I combed that contract) and honestly just a breath of fresh air. Buying a car used to give me the worst anxiety! I had given up on dealerships and thought, well it’s time for a car, put on your ammo, it’s WAR and the dealership is the enemy. At Mullinax, it’s not like that! I spent my time after driving 3 hours from Apopka to Tarpon Springs with my gorgeous new truck, exhausted from the whole hunt ..,but I wanted to get this review out asap! No joke, go and see the difference for yourself! I would drive further for this type of customer care! FIVE STARS Mullinax!!...

This is my second experience with Mullinax Ford Apopka - specifically with Connor T., who sold me my used (new to me) Kia Sportage, and also sold my partner her new Ford Bronco before that. Both times were literally the smoothest, most stress free (as stress free as buying a car can be) experiences I could possibly imagine. Mullinax likes to keep your "family" with the same sales person so you know who you are dealing with, you're comfortable, and so you know who to call when you have questions etc., which I already think is a pretty great practice. Connor answered alllll of our questions, was able to help us BOTH, and we were in very different situations (her with great credit, a great trade in value, and a large down payment, me with not great credit, no trade in, and a smaller down payment), but he found things that fit both of our needs/wants/budgets, etc., each time. Mullinax's no haggle situation makes the process feel less intimidating, and like you really can rely on your sales person to help you make good decisions. Connor specifically made sure to tell us when he thought a car we were interested in was truly just a bad idea and why, based on what we said we wanted in the long run.

I also got to experience a little bit of the service side of things, as I took my car in for an overall used car inspection with Kia once I purchased it and they found a few things they said were wrong that they wanted me to replace. When I touched base with Mullinax and Lee who was my finance advisor, (as I have a warranty), he advised me to bring it in, and if it was anything that wasn't covered they were going to try & push to get it fixed for me as a courtesy if possible because I had just purchased the car afterall, etc.. Long story (not so short), it turns out none of those things were actually even necessary, and it was a small money grab attempt by the Kia dealership since I had not actually purchased the car from them. Mullinax will not take your money if they don't need to - and they make sure to help every step of the way.

I was also given a temporary plate as my car I was purchasing was a recent trade in and the new plate would be coming to me in the mail once the lien was released. Well the day when my tag expires is creeping closer and I never received my plate. I touched base with Starr in the title department who was able to see the lien had just been released, and she got a plate in the mail to me that day. Fast forward a week, still no plate, I got in touch with Starr again who was able to help me bypass the USPS issue that was happening (they lost my package), and she even filled out the application for me to get a replacement plate at the DMV, and had a check cut ready to reimburse me so I could go pick up my new plate before the temporary one expired. SO THIS WAS A LONG REVIEW - I know. I know. But do you see what I'm saying here? EVERY SINGLE PERSON at Mullinax Apopka is on your team. EVERY SINGLE PERSON is on your side, and is going to do whatever it takes to earn your business respectfully, professionally, and they have earned two customers for LIFE. Go buy your car...
