This is quite the little gem on the Orange/Seminole border of Apopka. This Cuban bakery has a nice blend of traditional recipes as well as some fusion options. The Breakfast Croissant was stacked with eggs, cheese, and an assortment of breakfast meat on a buttery croissant. The veggie breakfast featured scrambled eggs mixed with a perfectly sauteed medley of peppers and onions and served with toasted pan Cubano. Ordering a Cuban coffee was a must and we couldn't help but indulge a little and ordered a quesito as a sweet treat. Great staff, nice ambiance, a tasty food. This place is a winner!

We bought a slide of cake, arroz con Leche, and guava and coconut pastries...The cake was old (you know when you leave a peace of cake in the refrigerator and you try to eat over week later..You know when it gets the flavors of other foods in the refrigerator..Yeah that was ii..the bread so hard and old.I was soo excited to eat it. Such a disappointment. The coconut pastries were old too. Never again. .

Mediocre Latin food which is per usual for Orlando area Latin food. I’m Cuban and grew up watching the decline of the food quality. Empanadas have zero flavor. Just unseasoned meat. Cuban sandwich was alright but too much roast pork. Also a common problem. Many places seem to think Americans just judge on the size of the sandwich. The roast pork is always less tasty than the ham. Too much pork and it takes away from the flavor of the cheese, ham, pickles, etc. so they pile it on to not waste it and it doesn’t make it better. It makes it worse. It’s also overpriced. $23 bucks for 2 drinks, an empanada, a sandwich and a loaf of bread is crazy. $12 dollar Cuban sandwiches are crazy. Overall...
