Los Girasoles Supermarket & Mexican Restaurant — Local services in Apopka

When I went the other day to this establishment, it was not very easy to order because nobody spoke English. A lot of stuff was incorrect with my order, needless to say, I was very very upset. They overcharged me for something I didn’t even order . I didn’t realize it till I got back to Deltona. That’s how far I went to this place because I heard it was very good. After that happened, I was very very upset. Then they had the nerve to charge me an additional $10 for a sandwich. I say all of this to say within one day and taking back the food. That whole situation turned around to a wonderful experience and I will visit that store/restaurant again. The manager or owner’s name is Daniel, he is remarkable. He is a great guy. He is a standup guy and he cares about his business. He has a very successful business. He just needs to have people that speak English and Spanish because his food is very very good, it’s difficult when you can’t explain what you want and there’s no one there to understand you, and have to make the best of the situation. Dear Lord this was THE WORST food I have ever tasted. First of all, we ordered it from Uber Eats. The food was cold. Then, we received two containers of what looked like feta cheese!!!! Apparently it's their authentic cheese of which they called "queso" on their menu. So we got two boxes of that and ZERO tortilla chips like I ordered, instead we got 3 packs of wrapped FLOUR tortillas. The fajitas were "ok". The enchiladas were supposed to be cheese, but there was nothing in them. I AM NOT KIDDING. Then the beef flautas (I believe they are called that) are fried flour tortillas which is correct and normal. But I literally had to look down the fried "flautas" to see if they even put beef in it??? I have never, ever been this shocked by "food". My friends and I thought it was a joke. Seriously. Then!!! I read the other reviews and apparently it stinks there and is dirty. Great! Now I have to worry about getting food poisoning and I have to worry about by friend getting it, too. And I've never left this horrible...

FIRST AND LAST! We visited this restaurant after church in hopes for a good authentic Mexican meal but instead we received a roach in our chips and what looked like a piece of gauze inside of my soup, not to mention the horrible service and welcoming we got. We walked in and sat our selves down as the two waitress walked past us with out even approaching us. As we were about to leave for not being approached one of the waitresses came with menus and chips since she saw us looking around in confusion. We were okay with the chips,they were good but cold until I spotted a roach crawling around the chips. I kindly asked the waitress to take the chips away and tried to move on as if maybe it was a mistake and I ordered my meal along with my family. When i was eating my soup I saw what looked like a piece of gauze inside and I felt disgusted and lost my appetite along with my family members.
