Ny Pizza Baby — Restaurant in Apopka

Last night we order pizza and wings they normally say it's about an hour till they deliver it to you. Well it went past that hour I called and they told me that the driver was out and shouldn't take long. So I called in the next 20 minutes because the pizza wasn't delivered yet they told me they don't know what was going on they couldn't explain much. so then another 15 minutes went by and I called in again and I said if they heard anything about the delivery guy because my pizza wasnt delivered yet which I ordered at 6 o'clock and it's 8 o'clock already and the pizza still wasn't delivered. I want to talk to manager but he told me he wasn't available which is seem to me that they didn't want to talk to me about it so I just said well is there anyway I can just get a free pizza and wings since it's already been two hours I've been waiting and they told me they couldn't till the pizza guy got there and explain what happened . So I said OK well I'll just wait about 45 minutes past and I called and they told me that pizza guy accidentally gave the wrong order to someone else so I said OK will can I just get the free pizza in the wings they said I can have a free pizza but I will have to pay for the wings. In my opinion should I pay for nothing because it was their fault not my fault it wasn't my problem that they deliver it to someone else they weren't really professional about it and they sounded like they were being rude about it every time I would call and complain and this will be the last time I ordered from them but I still paid...

Cons: bad pizza, bad stromboli, really bad service

Pros: good pasta, nice size menu and clean dining room.

The service is awful. I asked them to get my order together while I used the restroom, they didn't. Then they ignored me for 5 minutes. Then they took another 5 to find my order in there system that they don't know how to use. My food was already made and sitting in the back but I still had to ask how long after I paid before they bothered to check. Then just before I leave I see they only filled my sauce cup for my Stromboli a little over half way so I asked if I could get a second one. "I think I need to charge you extra for that". That struck me as extremely petty especially after keeping me waiting.

As for the food, it is mediocre at best but at fairly high prices. The pizza (medium plain cheese) taste like elementary school cafeteria pizza, with soggy too thick crust and hardly any sauce. The Stromboli (an Italian sausage ±$.75 for mushrooms) was also soggy and the filing was almost a solid chunk of mozzarella with almost no toppings but what toppings there were were extremely soggy. Makes me think the cheese stromboli might be OK but the Italian sausage wasn't. The pasta however (eggplant Rollatini) was very good and the portion was larger than expected.

Conclusion: skip the pizza all together but if you want some good pasta this place is worth trying as long as you don't mind...

I ordered from this place every weekend. No issue food always fully cooked, delicious, hot and always on time. Today after working a 12 hour shift then running around buying things for my granddaughter 1st birthday, I didn’t want to cook. Place the order from the parking lot at party city by the time I finish my shopping and drive home food arrived. Got grilled chicken salad w ceasor dressing, XL pizza and 10 wings. Salad perfect, pizza amazing when it was time to eat the wings on my second wings saw pink meat after I bit into to it. 3 out of the 10 were pink and u see cooked. Call them let them know they ask for a picture to be text, I did and it was not pink enough for them to remake and sent out fully cooked non pink wings. I received the response via text, the manager didn’t have the courtesy to handle the situation professionally and personally. He had one of the employs, Tina text me back. They have loss a loyal client. I now specially won’t be ordering from Then for my granddaughter party or ever again. Dissatisfied. I’m OSHA certified and I work with the health department so my next step file a complaint...
