Food good, atmosphere nice, but ordering needs change.
You don't have a menu available at the counter. This makes it harder for the "DEAF." I came with 3 friens who are. If they go alone, they need to be handed a menu to look at. This holds up the line making others impatient.
You have a large wall menu available by the entrance on the opposite wall.
Why is the menu on one side of the room and the cashier on the other side of the room? Why didn't you set it up like Taco Bell, Burger King, McDonalds, Checkers, etc, etc, etc?
Place the wall menu on the wall to the right of the cashier, that way, the "DEAF" can read the menu while waiting and they can point out what they want to the cashier, making it faster.
The server brings the food to the lobby, calling the name of the person whose food is ready. This doesn't work for. "DEAF" since they can't hear.
Why not place an LED readout giving the name of the person, then they can go to the counter to get their food. This would make it simpler for the patron and the server, otherwise, the server thinks the person left and throws it out, then the "DEAF" person goes to the counter to complain and they have to remake it costing the...
Read moreI would advise that you NEVER order a steak nacho. There was no meat on our order. We showed the staff and they agreed and took our order to the back to be re-made. Lauren came to our table and handed us the dish and stated that they ADDED steak this time for free but next time we need to add extra if we needed more. 😳🤔
A. We came here for a quick lunch. We can afford our meal and any extras, if needed. B. The sad part is that the dismay has nothing to do with their portion guidelines. It has to do with the fact that there was NO steak in our meal. We asked an employee to look at it just to verify that our eyes were not deceiving us.
Every staff member treated us with respect. It's sad that they are being led by Lauren ( we were told she was the actual manager).
Lauren was completely unprofessional in handling the situation. No empathy, no understanding, no humility and she made it very clear that we shouldn't be there.
You can actually get better meal proportions at McDonald's with a $2.00 hamburger. You would also receive more respect from there too.
We sent back our meal (no reimbursement needed) and will never go back. I didn't expect...

I had to update this unfortunately.
It's interesting how nowadays you go to the same restaurant you've always gone to. Everybody wants a tip. All they do is ring up your order and they want you to tip. They don't cook it they don't serve it they just swipe your credit card.
No problem I get it, and I'm more than happy to leave a tip if they're polite friendly helpful etc. (hoping it goes to everybody, the cooks, the people cleaning up, etc)
This time I'm taking out and I had one request, no jalapenos. I said it at least four times.
What do I get when I get home? The entire meal was ruined and it wasn't just little pieces of jalapenos It was huge slices of jalapenos. $25 bucks...plus a tip and..... ruined.
This is what happens when you take out. When the orders wrong you can't send it back, you can't reorder, you can't do anything. All of this and a tip and they still got it wrong.
I'll keep going back to TF, but this is why no takeout. And maybe a second thought...
