Taco Bell — Restaurant in Apopka

This location renewed my faith in service for the fast food industry! We had a large order for our large family and this location did an excellent job on accuracy of order, customer service at pickup and quality of food. We were greeted when walking in immediately and when we notified the polite woman at the counter that we were there for pickup, she offered to take a seat while we waited and assured us it would be out soon. We didn’t wait long at all but during the few moments of wait you could hear multiple workers communicating with each other on the status of the items they were responsible for. We even had the order double and triple checked for accuracy by them without even asking! We were also pleased that they packaged the order in several large bags and they even got out a larger plastic bag to carry it all to our car easier-this was such a nice gesture that they noticed we needed!

For the food-this location also did GREAT! Everything from the cantina tacos to the crunchwraps to the amazing dessert were all still hot and exactly as they should be.

Holey Moley. Where do I start. My name is Natalie and I come here often. When I first realized I come here more often than average I thought "what ease!" Was it the food? Perhaps! I admit, it is quite tasty not just often but every. Single. Time. However that was not quite it. No, the food was good, but that alone did not confirm I would return. I pondered the reason time and time again, finding myself returning again and again, curiouser and curiouser. Finally, today, after speaking with Lauren, and eating food prepared by Paul and Sharon, it hit me. Good lord above, I know now why I am able to come and go with such ease, a big fat smile on my face every time I return and another as I depart, certain I would return. The answer was crystal clear. The customer service. Why, might one ask, do I know the names of the people that prepared my food? They weren't even at the window! Simple. Because their names are names worth knowing. Some may consider my order complex. A stacker grilled extra long, add spicy ranch and fiesta strips. Not Paul and Sharon. Not Lauren whomst took my order so diligently, so politely, no one in this wonderful place I adore so greatly....

10/18- Walked in the lobby and was greeted by no one for a couple minutes. I turned to use a kiosk only for my son (3yrs) to visually pick his food before ordering. Someone came in after us so I suggested he go ahead of us so we could have a few more minutes. A woman yelled from the back of the kitchen "Only kiosk orders in the lobby!". Of the 2 kiosks in the lobby, 1 was broken so I backed up to let the gentleman use it first. He was upset and left. We placed our kiosk order and sat down at the least dirty table while we listened to the same woman yell at the staff to get it together. When our food came up, it was thrown on the counter and the employee disappeared before we even made it to pick it up. Our 2 nacho fries were half empty and only 1 cheese cup was full. Our chicken chipotle melt was all over the place. IDK if they're having a bad day but they're normally better than this at...
