Filthy tables; Blueberry compote on table and bottom of creamer dish being tracked all over tables; ALL tables didn't get completely wiped down upon request, only one small section of 1 table.
Coffee pots came out with food debris on them; tables were wobbly; food over priced, especially for ala carte items as eggs. Food quality lacking.
Service was mediocre at best, though the server was polite and offered "little extras" to help alleviate.
When certain inquiries were made, server did NOT know the answer and tried to offer "best guesstimate", then when re-inquiry was made, server made mention that they gave a ballpark figure, and sincerely did not know, and busy with 5 other tables.
Excuses should NEVER be something offered to a customer, only satisfaction and accomodations.
A customer NEVER needs to be concerned with the problems within a company, whatever burden that issues place upon company and staff.
Give answers and satisfaction, NOT excuses.
Remember, the customer is there to "escape the worries" and be serviced NOT to be weighted down and burdened with them.
1.) Customers are the "pay and profit" for a company.
2.) Workers are the "backbone and image" of a company.
3.) Companies are the "service and fulfillment" of the customers and the provision of "labor and income" for the workers.
It's and endless cycle that can be destroyed by any break/lack therein of any 1 these 3.
Take away just ONE of these, and you no longer have what's needed for a successful business.

Read moreI've been coming in quite often, and each time, Maretta has continued to go above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. From the moment I walk through the door, she greets me with genuine kindness and a warm, welcoming smile that instantly makes me feel at home. There’s always a funny story or lighthearted conversation waiting, which turns a simple meal into something I truly look forward to.
What really stands out about Maretta is her consistency. No matter how busy the place is or what kind of day it might be, she remains attentive, upbeat, and incredibly professional. Her ability to anticipate my needs before I even have to ask is something I’ve rarely seen—she’s always one step ahead, making sure everything is just right. That level of care and attention is something special, and it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed.
Maretta is a big part of why I keep coming back. She brings a personal touch that turns an ordinary visit into a memorable one. It’s always a pleasure to be served by her, and I genuinely enjoy the time I spend dining in because of the atmosphere she helps create. A great meal paired with her outstanding service and company makes every visit something to...
Read moreit's understandable that some days are busy, but they should schedule more staff on busy days. we barely saw our server the entire time we were there. no one came to the table until 15-20 minutes after we were seated. took forever to get our food after we finally ordered. nothing was wrong with our food or the server herself (she was very nice) but they were extremely understaffed and i could not get anything i needed. i had to get my own ketchup from a table that had finished because none of the servers were to be found. i asked another server for a to go box at the end because i couldn't find my server and instead of just giving me a to go box she said she'd get my server. when i asked her if she could just hand me a to go box, she just repeated herself. it takes thirty seconds to pick up a to go box to hand it to a customer. i work at a restaurant, so i understand that sometimes service can be slow when it's busy but customers still need help so even if it's not technically your job to help that specific customer, you still should because that's just a part of decent customer service as...
