Iāve ordered takeout from here more than a dozen times but after today I will never order from here again. The food is fine, but not the best. Iād eat here because itās the closest Thai place to me, but after the service I got today Iād make a Drive to anywhere else. I Placed my order online at 5:50. When I went back the website to confirm my pick up time it showed 4:45 which was clearly wrong, so I called. This was at 6pm. I spoke to someone who took my info and confirmed they received my order and they told me it would be 30-35 minutes because they were busy. No problem, I only ordered the pad Thai and a mango tango, so simple enough. They stated I would get a text when it was ready. So my hubby goes out to pick up food. Itās 6:45 at this point (more than those 30-35 minutes they stated) but I still havenāt received a text so I called to see how much longer they thought it would be. Now This is where it all went wrong. The young girl told me it would be 30-35 minutes. What, wait, another 30-35?! I asked. She stated they just received my order at 6:30. I said thatās impossible because I called at 6 and who ever I spoke to then confirmed it and gave me a time. She argued with me about the logistics of the time and the call and the online order etc. Iām not trying to have this debate. I told her that if it was going to take another 30-35 minutes to just cancel the order. At this point she HUNG UP on me. I called back, they picked up and hung up. I called again and they picked up and hung up again. I call one more time because Iād like someone to confirm that they understood to cancel the order. Someone answered and I mentioned she hung up, only for her to argue that they have two phones and it wasnāt her. Okay so whoever it was I spoke literally a minute ago hung up on me. While Iām still in the phone, She then starts telling the other girl/employee āshe thinks she spoke to me when she spoke to youā. Um wow, this is professional high school conversation right here. I canāt even make this up. Based on principle alone, I will never ever order food from here again. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have to say that this place surprised me so much! You canāt see inside from the windows since they are covered up which makes it hard to know how the inside. But itās great for the guests inside because they donāt feel like they are being watched from others outside. This place was created to be a very fancy and formal location. The decor and design on the walls are just so gorgeous. The bathrooms matched the decor of the restaurant as well.
As for the food, itās by far the best sushi you can have in the west central Florida area. I mean the sushi is so fresh and the designs are just perfect. Every single items that we tried was perfect. We also ordered the Fancy Q Iced Tea which was so delicious. It has a bit of sweet coffee creamer in it, which was a total game changer to sweet tea. I loved it.
This location is great for first dates, special occasions, anniversaries, or even for a quick bite to eat. You can watch the chef prepare the sushi rolls right at the sushi bar too. Itās just so fascinating. I highly recommend visiting this location even if you donāt like sushi. They have hibachi style food as well (noodles, fried rice, chick, shrimp, steak) just without the hibachi cooking tables. The chef prepares the food in the back and brings it out to you instead. Itās much more cleaner and you donāt come out of the restaurant smelling like food or grease. The kids love the food here too and they can be picky at times.
The customer service is awesome here as well. You are greatly right when you walk through the door and your server is very attentive. If itās your first time here, be sure to tell the server what you like and donāt like and they will be super happy to help you with suggestions from the menu.

The customer service is what separates it apart as the worst restaurant in Orlando. Make sure you donāt order steak for pickup or after the 45 minute wait time, they will tell you they havenāt even started and want to know the steak temperature. They force you to sign in for an account to order but cannot contact the customer to ask, or even better like any decent restaurant would Do, have the temperature as an option when you choose that meal!

The owners reply is not honest. There was no mention of a 10-15 minute delay due to online ordering issue. My order went through right away and I received email confirmation. The issue is they did not start my order because they did not request a steak temperature. This is now the second time they have not been honest in 2 days. When I arrived to pick up the food they said they called me which was not true and I showed them my call log at the time. The server said they would cook it now which I declined the offer and cancelled the order. I tried giving them a second chance after the disappointing tempura and hibachi because of the high reviews.
