A couple weeks ago I had issues with ordering through the app so I called and the ordered never went through so I placed it with the lady that answered the phone. I was informed it would be 45 minutes possibly an hour. Which I was ok with for we only order Papa John’s. Over an hour passes and I call to check and there was no record of my order!! I speak to the manager and while talking to him my father yells forget bout it we will order from somewhere else. The manager apologizes and says he will place a credit for what I ordered under my number. I thank him and hang up. I call tonight on my way home from work to order a pick up cause my mom was in the mood for pizza. No credit was on file and the customer service was awful and no one cared. This location has went down hill over the last few yrs. They rarely make your order correctly. Then want to argue about what toppings they put on the pizza so they don't have to replace it. Not to mention that I had it delivered and the gentleman wanted me to bring the pizza back to them. Unacceptable. You never argue with customers. Especially telling them that you didn't put olives on the pizza when I'm looking at the olives. That man needs to learn customers service techniques. Then he tells me that it will be 37-47mins.
