To the Owner of Marco’s Pizza,
I would like to express my concern and disappointment regarding my recent experience with your delivery service. Marco’s has always been my favorite pizza chain above all others. My family and I truly enjoy your food, and it has always been our go-to spot.
Unfortunately, this time has been very disappointing. During my last conversation with the previous manager, I was informed that you would review the delivery area for my address and that it was only about five additional minutes away from the store. I was assured that it would not be an issue. Since then, I have continued to tip generously—always at least $10 for each delivery—because I appreciate your drivers and the service they provide.
However, it has now become frustrating that I have to rely on DoorDash just to order Marco’s Pizza. DoorDash drivers simply do not provide the same level of care, quality, or assurance that comes with a Marco’s certified delivery driver. My address is 6119 Rocky Trail, Orlando, FL, and I find it unacceptable that this area is excluded from your direct delivery zone—especially considering how close it is to your store.
As a working parent and football coach, I look forward to enjoying Marco’s after a long day. The reliability and freshness of your pizza have always made it worth it. I sincerely hope this issue can be resolved so that my family and I can continue to enjoy Marco’s Pizza delivered directly from your team.

The rating should have been 0 for Quality of pizza the professionalism of the manager should be a 0 and the atmosphere should also be a 0 rating. if you’re unsatisfied with the purchase of your pizza you will not get a refund from this store in Apopka on Semoran blvd. When I ordered from Pizza Hut they remade my order and gave me a credit due to there error. This slackshop wanna be pizza establishment only wants to give cheesy bread when they mess up. It’s been times I got the wrong order sent to my house or items missing but for tonight to go through all this to get a 2l switch because the app wouldn’t allow me to pick the one I wanted is ridiculous, I call to the store and was told the drink couldn’t be switch because it was a online order (I work as a manger before at little Caesars, & never told a customer that). That was the stupidest thing I ever heard & definitely because my order was never left from the store.
