Sobik's Subs & Wing Way — Restaurant in Apopka

Just left this place and the lady at the counter was very rude. Didn’t even lift her head to speak to us when we walked in. I ordered 2 steak & cheese subs. 12 dollars each for a pinch of meat. As I know from other sobik restaurants the subs are weighted and at this location she didn’t. Couldn’t even enjoy my sub bc it barely had meat (felt like I was eating Mayo & bread only). After leaving here I felt like I literally waste 30$ & still hungry. It is a shame how stingy SOBIK locations are with their meat. So to save anyone else the disappointment just go to firehouse or Jersey mikes to get a good hearty sub for your buck. This place will leave you...

2 stars because the service was good and we did not get sick from the food. My friend got the steak and cheese sandwich with mushrooms and onions which he said flavorless and soggy. I got the 8 piece wings. I ordered the hot Buffalo and hot teriyaki. The hot teriyaki was tasty but there was not enough sauce on them. The Buffalo wings looked like someone just showed them the sauce they should be in but never put them In the sauce. This place was recommended to me by a family member. The steak & cheese sub reminded him of a sub shop visited during childhood. The positives are the restaurant was convenient, clean, we were greeted upon entering, no waiting, no other patrons, the sub was fresh and had a good flavor. The negatives is how skimpy it was for the price. Two 8" subs $23.00... I could have done better at Publix with two loaded 12", still have 1/2 of each for leftovers and paid less.
