On my daughter's recent birthday, we decided to surprise her with a special treat from Cold Stone Creamery – their signature ice cream cake, Tall, Dark & Delicious. From the moment we laid eyes on this decadent creation, we knew it was going to be an unforgettable experience.

I waited here for 40 minutes just to pick up a Door Dash order for a customer. I am only thankful that I wasn't spending my own money, but it was still an infuriating experience to have my time wasted as I watch the disoriented gaggle of employees that I can only imagine had the collective mental horsepower of a single middle schooler who has spent too much time on tik tok. To say they struggled to fill orders would be generous; there was no sense of urgency in the crew, nor did there seem to be any specific order of operations being carried out. Several customers and families stepped out of the line and left the store to pursue more fruitful undertakings with the meager remainder of their evenings. Had I not been beholden to the Door Dash customer whom I had promised a safely delivered ice cream, I would certainly have joined the droves of disheartened givers-up, and invited them all out to have a drink, in the hopes that we would not remember the time in our lives that we would never be able to steal back from Cold...

Rather odd, the girl helping us made my wife’s order then went into the back to cut up brownies for samples. I then was helped by a different girl and she took a little bit to get my order made (not her fault) the bin of ice cream was frozen solid. The girl that was originally helping us then quickly helped the family of five behind us and pushed them in front of the line, it’s frustrating when I have to sit and wait for someone being pushed ahead of us for some reason. I paid and was walking out and found I got something else from what I ordered. Every-time I have come to this location, something is odd with the food not being made as ordered or my wife is helped then I have to wait a few minutes before I’m helped. There has never been a manager working or at least visible any time we have been there.

Staff seems to pick and choose who gets helped first.
