We'll still waiting for the owner I'm told that is supposed to be Cecilia to call me back. Young last took order young man brought out order. I should have known there was going to issue. When the 2 of them kept wanting to know if I would be paying by cash or credit card. My meal cost me 2 dollars more. Than what it cost on the menu . I did not get my cheese bread I ordered I got the garlic bread that came with the meal. An I had to pay 3 dollars more for that. The young lady that took my order first saide fi her Name was one thing . Then when she returned on phone an took order her name was owner. But now she won't come to phone an the young man that name begins with one of the first few letters of the alfabet . Swears he is not the one that ribed me off. An to he garlic bread and cheese bread cost the same thing so he can't see an issue I got bread . But did not get what I had paid for. He an the young lady charged me alicart as she the young lady claiming to be owner an him decided to do. I personally don't think the owner is aware of what her employees our doing. She is a really nice an seemed to be very caring an honest over the last few years. But the last few times in the last month ordering from these employees . There is always an issue. I either don't get what ordered. I get half of the less an less chicken in my side order an hardly any chicken in my chicken Alfredo. Always being put on hold. As n they're surprised when you come back on phone. Shame when employees change to their likes of a business that an owner s invest all their money an time in. The decor inside, atmosphere and music are all ok and make you feel like you're in an Italian restaurant. The server was pleasant and attentive, where they fall flat, I mean MAJORLY FLAT, and the most important part of any restaurant, is the food. I ordered the eggplant parmesan dinner and a to-go order of Italian donuts. The eggplant parmesan is completely inedible and might I add pre-FROZEN and not handmade by the store. It was all breading and I couldn't detect ANY eggplant in the whole dish. It tasted like freezer burn. The garlic bread that came with it was basically a hot dog bun cut up with butter and garlic on it and was honestly the best part of my meal and the only item that wasn't soggy with the exception of my salad which comes out of a bag anyway. The eggplant parmesan arrived to my table completely soggy and tasted like bland breading, oregano and not much else. The tomato sauce is disgusting and would have any dearly departed true Italian grandma turning in her grave. The donuts did not have that light outer crisp or inside fluffiness from a freshly made Italian donut. These were also pre-frozen and arrived to my table soggy. I had to take them home and put them in my air fryer to try and salvage them. I didn't expect fine dining, but seriously there are way better places here and I'm truly curious how this place stays...

Let me start by saying 9/10 recommend if you're trying to lose weight. Let me clarify, we ordered the chicken Parm with pasta, the linguini Pescadore and an order of mozzarella sticks for the appetizer. The chicken Parm was not cooked fully, raw chicken yeah, the linguini Pescadore was served with red sauce instead of the white like we ordered and the mozzarella sticks were bland as hell and tasted like a wet rag.

We I was only able to eat the chicken Parm and left the terrible pasta, the linguini Pescadore wasn't even touched except for maybe a few subpar shrimps, and we only ate one mozzarella stick and left the rest.

The wait staff didn't even bother to question if we liked the food seeing that we didn't even touch the food. They didn't offer to refund any of the food knowing that we didn't like it.

Back to the losing weight. Once we got home let me tell you that the food upset our stomachs and we're toilet ridden for the whole day. Lost at least 10 lbs.
