2/10/25 I Received multifocal contacts for the 1st time & Dr. Shih said it may take some time for my eyes to adjust. So I wear them the 1st day & I was struggling to read my computer screen at work. The next day I ended up not wearing them because it made my work harder. A week goes by and Iām like oh yeah I need to wear these contacts. So I wear them again and Iām struggling at work again. So the next day I opt to not wear them because my eyes were struggling and tired. Long story short im going back forth with these contacts for about 6-7 weeks. I end up talking to my coworker and she says maybe I need another prescription and to reach out to my eye doctor. So I call them 4/3 multiple times and I canāt get a hold of anyone. I call them back a week later and Iām told thereās nothing they can do for me. Itās been over 45 days and if I think I need a new prescription I need to pay another $200 for a new contact lens exam because my eyes may have changed. I said I could never āreadā with these contacts the minute I got them but was told to give my eyes time to adjustā¦. I told them itās hard to wear contacts daily if ur struggling to read. Long story short I was never told about the 45 day policy & had no idea I could get another prescription. Dr. Shih didnāt care. All he cares about is me paying another $200 for an exam. Needless to say I totally wasted $200. I told his staff I wasnāt lying about not being able to see from day one and they didnāt care. That said, I wonāt be going back. Ā Ā Ā Read moreHorrible customer service! Made 4 appointments for my family. They had 2 together, a 15 minute wait in between then another 2. I scheduled all 4 online. I received a call (2 days before our appointment) from them wanting to change all of our appointments to another time because they didnāt want us filling up their waiting room and taking room away from other patients. Last time I checked, we were their patients too. I was put on hold and Margaret came on the phone. I told her we didnāt have a problem waiting for the appointment in between but she said because we were a family we had to do the appointments all together. My husband called back and asked why they needed to be moved and Margaret said I never told her we didnāt mind waiting for 15 minutes for the other appointment to be done. When my husband said he heard me tell her that she got very rude and said that she wouldnāt allow him to talk to her like that and hung up. All of this because they didnāt want us to keep the appointments they allowed us to make in the first place....

It was most definitely my favorite DR. appointment I've ever been to, WE HAD SO MUCH FUN WE LAUGHED SO HARD IT WAS LITERALLY SO MUCH FUN TO GO SEE THE DOCTOR, HE HIMSELF WAS ALSO AWESOME. I went in there with my mom and it was a blast!!! It was like comedy hour, it was just so much fun. I would highly, highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend them If you need an eye doctor. MOST DEFINITELY go here you won't regret it They are the most amazing staff.
