812am entered store to return a defective toy. Waited over 15 min to be helped. 4 separate employees saw me waiting after a few minutes I asked an employee working the dollar section stocking shelves if anyone was working return desk this employee told me they were doing customer pick ups outside and would be back shortly. The employee comes in and asks me to continue to wait as he is going back out again to do more deliveries. When he comes back in then tries to get a different employee to help me and this employee in front of me says ask them who was a manager and another employee who also saw me waiting but continued their conversation about interviews and employees hours on pay check. That manager tells the employee who's doing deliveries that the employee whose now behind the return desk help me. So literally after waiting they go back and forth in front of me debating who is going to do a one minute return as she put it. In the end she(manager) starts the return and then has another employee take over. This employee struggles to do complete return and again same manager comes over to finish return. Shocks me that after recapping my experience that there was such a display of poor customer service. And that something that according to manager took a minute I waited over 20 minutes to complete. Very sure the group of employees in question have had zero training in greeting and delivering any kind of customer service. By far the worst experience I've ever had in any retail environment. For it to be 8am and completely empty literally more employees than customers and to be given this level of service. Read moreI went to return 2 items the other day and I waited around 7-10 mins to to be helped in the gust service desk. A “manger” name Ashley came an assist to do my return and when she started with the 1st item she started giving me a hard time and started questioning me that why was I returning an item with no tag and no receipt when I answered back to her I told her that my phone was my receipt “ I have the target app on my phone and the receipts saved on that app “ She then gave me attitude And started yelling at me . She told me that I only have 30 months in order for me to return the item and I told her that, Not true that the return policy was 365 days from the day of purchase. I tried to show her on my phone and she threw the money at me I told her that I wanted her and she didn’t grab a piece of blank receipt and put her name on the paper and through it as well I have requested another employee to help me because I did not want her help at all when the other employee came to take over she saw the way she was treating me in the way she threw the money at me and didn’t say anything to her. I did call corporate to file a complaint. I just want you guys to be aware of this employee and how she treats her customers and she stated that she is a manager, she has no customer services really unprofessional. Read moreI have a few diaper boxes that I needed to return and they were from Target. I called prior to going in since I love far. I spoke to Devin and he was very kind, he said to go in and he would assist me.
I went in and he was in lunch so they called over Ramni; the manager. She was so rude. I took a little cart with the diapers and asked her if she wanted me to hand it to her so she can scan them. She said no and to give her one by one. When one box was returned she threw it on the floor and kicked it towards the wall (showing signs of attitude and annoyance) Then as another customer got in line behind me Ramni kept declining the returns but being very loud. In a way trying to embarrass me in front of others. She kept saying very loud “theyre not from Target” I was telling her it was fine; I scanned them from the Target app and it was scanning. She kept repeating the same thing very loudly “cant return, cant return”
Very rude and as I was leaving I noticed her laughing at me. NEVER going to this locación again. Rather drive more to Hesperia location.
