I really wish that their corporate would do something about this one Taco Bell. I go here at least 3 times a month and every time I'm missing items or something was made wrong. You do their surveys and nothing is ever done. You call the store to talk to a manager no one answers the phone. Just on my visit yesterday I had to go back in the store after my husband went to pick up our order. We got the wrong sized drinks and food was missing. I go back in and they tell me they are out of the size we already paid for, but was going to let my husband go without even saying anything. I also tell them what good is missing and the girl goes to her manager who refuses to come to the counter and make things right. Argues at her and tells her that she put everything in the bag. I show both my bag and the box that there is missing food. She brings the missing food while the manager is still arguing from the back of the store that she put everything int he bag. Out of the 3 closet stores this is the worst and the only reason I go just to get disappointed time and time again is because it is...
Read moreI took my kids here and had a very disappointing experience. Asked the drive thru worker what kids meals they offer, she informed me they don’t have kids meals at all. Not sure when that changed as I distinctly remember getting kids meals when I was a kid but whatever. I ordered fries for my 2 year old and a bean and rice burrito for my 6 year old, I get home and the fries are covered in nasty red seasoning my toddler wouldn’t eat. Then the 6 year old spits out her burrito and complains it’s spicy, so I try a bite as well and she’s right, they put spicy sauce in it. Whoever was working drive thru didn’t inform me they put spicy sauce in the bean and rice burrito so I wasted my time and money. However my husband ate and enjoyed what the kids didn’t eat, so that’s something I guess. If you’re looking for a kid-friendly place Taco Bell definitely isn’t it, I won’t...
Read moreEvery time I walk into this beautiful establishment, I am greeted by the tantalizing scents of fresh home-grown Mexican ingredients, friendly accommodating staff, and the echoes of a long living Mexican tradition. My senses overwhelm me, and I shed a single tear. I know I am HOME. After I've finished my crunch wrap supreme, and gordita crunch, I pray to my beefy-cheese god to never let this be over. Just a little more time. I don't want this to be like when Dad left. I grovel and weep, knowing ecstasy cannot be infinite. All good things must come to an end, my friends.
If you see my dad (he's most likely at a taco bell, anywhere from here to East of the Mississippi river), tell him I said it's ok and I understand. Tell him that his son has been scouring Taco Bell's across the nation....
