I placed an order for pickup for my family today and picked it up at the restaurant at 5:00PM. I used the carry-out option on the website while placing the order. I have a 1 year old and a 4 year old so I had ordered a side of rice and black beans for them with our bowls. I also signed up for rewards on the website so I could get a free regular sized order of chips and queso.
When I got home, I realized the side of rice and black beans were missing, along with the regular chips and queso. I went back to the restaurant and spoke with the woman at the register. I mentioned those three items were missing. She looked at the sticker on the bag and said, “no, they were in there.” I said, “what? I can send a picture of my order if you like.” Which she responded, “I’m the GM and I packed this order, I know they were in there.”
Already confused and did not like being called a liar, I said I don’t know what to tell you but they aren’t in there and I’m just trying to feed my kids. She then asked her employee to get my items and said quietly, “that’s f-into bull-s.” I said, “excuse me? I heard what you said.” Which she responded, “oh, I was talking to him.”
Extremely unprofessional and all I was asking for was $4.00 worth of items because my chips and queso were free from the website. I have never in my life experienced that and we won’t be returning which is too bad as the food was good as most of my other...
Read moreContemplated writing a review but I’m STILL thinking about this and it’s been a month. We were helped by a girl with purple hair. Don’t know a name as there was no name tag. Someone needs to teach her about basic customer service. I don’t even expect a smile and bubbly personality, but at least stay neutral while doing your job….The whole interaction felt as though we were inconveniencing her. I think she rolled her eyes at least 6 different times. Her tone was incredibly rude and she snapped back multiple times when asked questions, not even allowing us to finish our question at times. I’m not one to ever snap back or complain, and thought maybe I was misreading the situation, until my sister looked over at me and gave me a look to say “what is going on here?”. There were customers in line behind me watching this interaction, and it felt almost embarrassing to be treated the way she treated us. Truly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered two burrito bowls and chips & queso. Here is what I experienced from ordering online to getting home to eat the food.
The online ordering did not have an option to select shredded cheese and sour cream. I made a note on the customer name to add those ingredients and it was not added to our burrito bowls. I asked for 3 cheese queso on one of the bowls and it was not on there.
I selected the cilantro lime rice on both burrito bowls and they came with brown rice. The bowl was half full.
The ingredients in the bowls looked awful not "fresh". I couldn't finish mine.
We ordered the 3 cheese queso and chips and when we got home the bowl was filled half way and it didn't taste right.
