So I really want to love this Starbucks. It has a ton of seating, is in a great location, oh and once the areas developed there will be lots of options for stores.
But this Starbucks has had trouble since the get-go. The service is ridiculously slow. The first time I went in I waited 20 minutes for an iced black tea. I understand they get really busy. But there was hardly anyone here.
They seem to run out of products quickly and also today the cash register is down so you can’t just go in and order you have to pay through the to go or go through the drive-through.
Today they are much busier and my order time was picked up but the staff behind the counter are really struggling. I once again ordered an iced black tea but you can tell they didn’t rinse the container very well and I can taste the fruit from the previous drink that was mixed in there.
There also seems to be a super large staff meeting there where they are loudly discussing all the toxic environments of the previous Starbucks they have worked in. Once again I understand there are some really awful places to work but I’m not entirely sure all the customers want to hear about it. I know this most had headphones on today so that probably took care of that problem and we ended up moving outside.
Hopefully these are all just really new Starbucks hiccups and things will get screwed out as the store is...

I go to Starbucks every day, with our recent move this location is closest , however, I would rather go without than go to this location. I have given this location several chances thinking “oh maybe this batch of staff just aren’t the best” or “maybe they are having a bad day today” however, three months later and it’s even worse. To make matters even worse not only are they rude and, condescending, their throughout is terrible! Plan to spend Atleast 20 minutes inline even on a “slow” day where there are minimal cars in line. But don’t worry when you get to the register you’ll be reminded why you should have gone to a different Starbucks. I would rather give another business my money than support...
Read moreI order the same drink at every Starbucks location and this one is the most consistent at getting it wrong. It's a simple drink, Trenta cold brew with cinnamon powder. Almost every single time they put the classic syrup in it. A cold brew DOES NOT get sweetener in it. Only the cold foam cold brews do. I know this because sometimes I treat myself to the cold foam cold brews but remove the sweetener because I don't care for sweet coffee. Proof is on the app when you order it, it doesn't give you the option to order without sweetener because it DOES NOT get sweetener. It's bad enough waking away from the store and getting a sip of cold brew with sweetener but it makes it even worse when the barista condescendingly tells you to order it without...
