Starbucks — Restaurant in Apple Valley

I typically always use this location and order quite frequently through the mobile app. However today I was very disappointed in the drive through customer service. The woman over the intercom seemed very frustrated and irritable when i let her know i was picking up a mobile order for a friend and she let me know they didn't have one for her. I let her know I could ask my friend to send me a screenshot that it was for this specific location if it made things easier and she had a huge attitude and I frankly just don't appreciate it. I then let her know i could order my drink with her while i waited for the screenshot and she said nothing then 5 minutes later had the audacity to see if i wanted to order still (very rudely) I let her know i said i could order while I waited and that I was waiting on her that i thought she might have been still looking for my friends order. She then proceeded to tell me that I can just tell her what the mobile order was for and she will get it made. I did appreciate her doing that I just felt as though for as nice as i was being she could've been a little more humble. It wasn't my fault nor her fault that the app must've not worked properly and i made sure not to blame her so her attitude really wasn't necessary. When i pulled up to grab my drinks and the food, it was another lady at the window (who was very nice) and the lady over the intercom was behind her and i could even see the irritation in her face. I came through drive thru on Nov. 1st, approx. 11:42 AM. My barista, I believe her name started with a Q, Qannah, or something of that sort. Colored eyes, with light brown hair was extremely rude and condescending! I was trying to order my drink as I do on the app (steamed oatmilk with add ons) she did not know what I was trying to order. I kept trying to explain to her what I wanted and how I wanted it built. She kept speaking to me in a condescending tone, telling me she didn’t know if they were going to be able to build that. When I tried to explain to her my order and what I wanted added she kept interrupting me. I just pulled forward to the window so I could physically show her my order through the app. I could hear her say “I wasn’t done hun”. So condescending and attitude filled. My dad got upset asking if it was her taking orders, and she was like “I am now”. I believed she double downed because I could visibly see her name tag. I recognized her voice, so I know it was the same rude woman taking our order. It’s just frustrating to get treated badly when you’re already spending your hard earned money in an establishment.

On top of that, the med. pumpkin spice frappe I ordered tasted watered down and had barely to none pumpkin flavor or anything. I never had an issues at this location until now. So...

The service i had at this location tonight was terrible normally this location does a great job but the young girl a dark brunette with curly hair made it a not so good one. When i was ordering my drink through the speaker she was really rude and had attitude wasnt paying much attention to anything i was saying and seemed irritated which is not something ive experienced here before. When i got to the window she was rude handed me the wrong drink and when i told her it was the wrong one she got irritated and reached for the right one. After getting my drink i said thankyou and she just looked at me and turned her head and walked away. I was not rude to her in any way working in food service i normally try to have a better understanding but this time i just couldnt. I came here in a good mood and left in a bad one and i left feeling terrible. :/ I came at about 8:20pm on a wednesday night.
