Edit: I did receive a call from the true manager and she apologized for the poor service I recieved and comped me a free family meal. Now that is how you succeed in customer service. Thank you Daniella for your call it was much appreciated. I ordered through Uber Eats. I ordered a whole chicken, pollo bowl, xlarge potato salad and xlarge rice, flan, salsas and tortillas all lovingly packed in one bag(per the girl I was speaking to). I told her that I did not receive my whole chicken. She proceeded to tell me I was wrong that the manager packed everything herself. This went a few rounds. I finally spoke to the manager and she said she packed it but she would check her cameras to see if she did. She comes back and basically starts blaming the Uber drivers that they take food. Huh the story changed. Basically I was dismissed, even after I offered to go pick up my missing chicken. I was told they couldn't deal with me right now but I could come tomorrow. Seriously, what am I supposed to tell my family!?hey guys guess what you can eat tomorrow. I asked to speak to the manager again and was told she stepped out and that she really wasn't a manager and that the real manager would be in tomorrow.Terrible service! Poor communication skills! Rice, the container where it’s serve to go it’s to small therefore product it’s pack to thigh to compress that it lost its appeal, it’s presentation. Potato salad it’s great, salsa pico it’s delicious, chicken seasoning looks like it’s there you can taste it in the wings, however the thicker pieces such as breast and thighs needs more flavor. I’m not a food critic not pretending to be one. I rarely y writes reviews this one it’s just my humble opinion for your improvement as well because I like this place. My recommendation. Use fresher beans you can tell by the color on the grains it should be light brown if it’s darker it’s to old. Or kick it up a notch and use Peruvian beans presentation it’s the best. But, why take off an item like the side of potato salad with the burrito, which is just a tiny cup and then charge $3 to add it on. It Is like a half cup of potato salad, how much could that put you out. Very disappointed and will no longer go here. Also the lack of chicken in the burrito is a poor way to profit. But like we said taking away potato salad that went with burrito was just pathetic. A sad way to lose customers indeed. Also you should make sure we the customer have knives for burritos so we can cut to eat. They don't stay together at all even being dry.
