Worst service ever! Website said they had an item in stock ($1000 item mind you). Got there and was told the website was wrong so id have to drive 2 hours OR wait 2 weeks!!! Asked for the floor model at full price and was told "im not allowed" but that when someone tells Mark S. he's allowed to bring it to the window and mark it down 20%, then he can sell it.... Make it make sense! I begged them to take my $1000 to give me the item, but Tyler and Mark S. Just didn't want $1000 i guess. They gave me all the excuses in the book, but at the end of the day, I know more about the item than they do AND have previously purchased display models, so the excuses were trash. Complete incompetence at this branch. Avoid Harbor Freight....at the very least AVOID THIS BRANCH!
Came to replace a previously purchased motor because as you can imagine, there's no parts available and the motors don't last long. I'll buy the real Honda because I can get it sooner and it'll last longer. Too bad for them because it would've been convenient and I would have paid the money even if it's a crap motor.
We'll see what the manager says...apparently it's their policy to turn down money from paying customers. Never heard of...

My only complaints are, is that I bought the combo belt sander/disc sander and it isn't the best as far as speed. Chicago Electric could put stronger motors on their products. The other complaint, is the mitre saw I upgraded to. It was missing the vise holes for the clamp that is used for holding materials down.
If you want quality tools and have a lot of money to spend. Go to the company website of the product you want to buy. Example: If you want to buy Dewalt or Milwaukee brands, then go to their respective websites and buy directly from them.
Otherwise, Harbor Freight has great deals on many products and tools and they also have a membership that you can join that saves you even more money.
All in all, a great place, with great deals and friendly staff that makes Harbor Freight one of my favorite...

The "Chicago Electric" and bottom barrel electric tools? Don't waste your time. I wouldnt really recommend anyone to buy anything at harbor freight that has more than two moving parts. Their clamps are actually good for the price, but while their "Hercules" and "Bauer" lines arent bad, for almost the same price you could go with a brand that actually has a track record.
But when you literally NEED something like a drill press for one SINGLE task, their cheap tools do have a use. But if you plan on using any power tools more than once or twice stay away from Harbor Freight. But for things like Hammers and clamps there's nothing wrong with those so you can save a few...
