Culver’s — Restaurant in Appleton

I am giving two stars because we really do like Culver's food. However, I am not happy at all about the way things are managed here. Recently, I handed the cashier $20.10 for a $4.10 order and realized on the way home I was not given any change. I called immediately and talked to a manager who promised to count the register at shift change and call me back. He never called back. I kind of forgot about it for a while. When I called back, I got a different "manager". I was informed they have 8 male managers and I was talking to a female. There was no sympathy for me and no offer to find the person I had talked to. They treated me as if I was just trying to rip them off. I even suggested just giving me a gift care but they wouldn't do that either. I have been disappointed before when this location wanted to charge me the sundae price for putting a few sprinkles on my 4 year old grandson's vanilla ice cream. I'm done with this place. There are many other Culver's to patronize. This is not reflection on the Culver's on Appleton's west side. That place is owned by different people who are excellent...

Awesome attitudes and amazing quality burgers. The customer service is absolutely fantastic. The people at the cash register were really nice and professional among the chaotic lines nearly out the door. I also love they way my burger was put together, it looks like it was done with attention to detail and not just thrown together like some other places I have been too and I hate going to places and paying for things where I can cook better food at home, but my experience here was the complete opposite and i'm really glad I stopped in. The place was really packed and CRAZY busy. But I was really surprised on how fast it come out. I wish I could do less than one star. This location need a lot help. I ordered online. Told me 4:41 pick up time I got there at 4:48. I did curbside pick up. Said I was there. Waited and waited and waited for my food. Finally, I went inside to ask about my food. I talked to a manager Susan she said that it was a lack of communication. Nobody said I was there. This is not the first time that this has happened at this location. I think I need to start going out of my way and go to a different one because the service heater is really not good. All they want to do is give you a vulture. I order online and you can’t use a vulture for that.
