Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Appleton

Had them mess up before, 03/13/22 Ordered Large Pizza Extra Well Done and 14 Wings. The Pizza Wasn't Extra Well Done. It's not Rocket Science. The Wings, there was 13 and Half of them were the Smallest ones I have Ever Seen. How Hard is it 2 Count 2 14. They know what they are sending out. RIDICULOUS!!! I will never order from them again. Pics, Dime for Size reference and the Pizza. I called and they said they couldn't Do anything Because I have had Problems in the Past. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! What Does that Have 2 Do with anything, I wanted them 2 send the Driver out 2 Look at the BOGUS Wings, I checked the Pizza Out when he was Here and he even said he would Talk 2 them about Quality Control. She Said Call the Manager Tomorrow. I'm Right Down the Road and I can't Order Online Because it says my Address is not in the Delivery Area. I Talked 2 the Manager Months Ago about it, nothing Done. Website is not User Friendly. $37 with TIP for This! At this Point even if they said they would Credit me or Replace the Order I will Pass. The Manager had a Attitude when I was Talking 2 him in the Past. He Made me out 2 be the BAD Guy, this isn't the First Time they have messed up the Order and sent Garbage Out. It will be the Last Time! Order from some where else. There is Plenty of options out there. Definitely don't...

I used to go to Marco's every week when they were in Marshfield. But that was before they had TV commercials. Now their on TV all the time. And no store in Marshfield. Hmm finally after to many years. I drove 2 hrs for a Marco's pizza. Was never more disappointed. They have changed so much and not for the better. Marco's pizza 4yrs ago was my top3 pizza. Now.. i might.. maybe take a free one.. but wont go back and pay for one. Very sad. They changed everything from the crust to the cheese and everything in-between. Right now I would rate a Aldi's frozen pizza higher. Just very disappointed I could never understand why they were closing store after store. I thought Marco's was great. Told everyone. Turns out that the specials that they advertise are non existent. I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out why their website wouldn't allow me to order the special that there was a link for. So multiple dead links and then when I got fed up enough to call the local store to find out what was going on they tell me they have no clue and that the specials that we're there are not currently being run. All in all it was the worst experience I've ever had with a pizza place and I never even got past the ordering process....
