Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Arcadia

I've heard good things about CFA, and they were one of the closest options I had for lunch on this day.. I had little time because I was on call to pick up someone (I drive the elderly & handicapped), so I only ordered a spicy chicken sammich alone, no drink or potatoes.. When I was given the price with tax included, I was taken aback and even said, "This is for only the sammich?".. The cashier looked at me apologetically and said, "Yes, I'm sorry. ".. I unfortunately don't make tons of money doing my job, but love helping those who need it, so I couldn't go elsewhere for time's sake.. The staff was very nice, although the outside of the chicken seemed a bit overdone and I was ok with pickles (she asked), but that was the only thing giving it any moisture.. They did give a packet of hot sauce that ended up being just Tabasco, which I dislike the taste of.. Fortunately, I tried it before I didn't put it on.. If I ever get a raise or win the lottery that I don't play LoL, maybe I'll see if they improve anything, save, the kind staff.. I hope the crazy price goes...

Today which is October 21st, 2024 we stopped by with my children to order some food for them after school, but we were forced to leave by the inconsiderate employee. This location does not have a drive through anymore, but they have designated parking spots for chick fil a customers who use mobile app. I was not able to find any parking, and parked my car in those slots, there are at least 8. That were all open except one. I got out of the car and told the employee who was waiting outside if I can park there since there is no other parking and once o pick up the food I would leave; the employee in a very impolite manner told me that I have to leave and can not use the spot. One of the reasons I go to chick fila is the nice customer service and convenience however this location lacks both. I do not recomend this store at this location. I then drove all the way to pasadena and bought the food. Eventhough I had to drive more, I was happier to give the business to a location that cares about...
