WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
I had one of the worst experiences at Chipotle last weekend. I am a regular customer and know very well about the ingredients and portions of a burrito at Chipotle. Last Saturday when I visited the Santa Anita mall with my family, I ordered a Chicken burrito where the lady who was putting the ingredients on the burrito put less than a spoon of chicken. I saw that the bowl was empty, they are out of chicken. I told her that I understand they are out of chicken and are waiting for it. But she said this is the portion. I can clearly see it was inadequate and that they were out of chicken. And I said, I can wait until the chicken is done as I saw a chef frying it on the stove. The waitress was very rude and said that this is the portion and was insisting me to proceed with the remaining ingredients. I even told her that I am a regular customer and I know the amount of portions I get in a burrito. she was rude enough to tell me that this is what she will give and to proceed further. Felt bad and humiliated. Will never ever visit that place again because they don't have a customer oriented attitude. Read moreI gave 1 star for service because the guy at the register was friendly, but that little angry girl with glasses had a nasty attitude!! I greeted her like she should've greeted me, and I gave her a little bit of leeway because I worked in the food service industry, but nothing helped her rude behavior. I have a very limited diet because of health reasons, and I eat a sofritos bowl at least 3-4 times a week. The same way, double brown rice, 1 scoop of black and 1 scoop of pinto beans, 2 scoops of sofritos, and corn. She gave the smallest scoops of rice and beans. The sofritos were dried out, and I told her it's okay because I was with my family and other families after the circus and said," Just give me the last 2 scoops of that. But it didn't make 2 scoops, so I said, "I'll just take some from the back to be made, and she had a rude attitude, "This is already 2 scoops!!". I said,"Then make it 3 and charge me, but make what ask for, i can afford to pay for another scoop," and she was extremely rude after that. I will never eat there again if she's around!! First employee sees my order, does NOTHING Second employee notices something's missing, throws in some salsa, and walks away Third employee has the audacity to say "it's not my job" to prepare MY ORDER
I had to waste 15 minutes of my life watching these incompetent workers do absolutely nothing and I had to keep asking if it was ready. Their customer service is non-existent.
