Unfortunatly it was terible. The tri tip was devoid of flavor. It was dry and had no salt at all. The ribs had a good flavor but were so fatty they were enedible. My dog is alergic to a lot of stuff, so i cook big pieces of pork in my pressure cooker. Their pork tasted the same. Not terrible but just blah.
