If I could give Hampton Inn this location specifically and the call center a 0 stars I definitely would but unfortunately it does not let you give a 0. I called to book a room at 7:15 for Jan.11th I usually book with Marriott but a family member told me to book with Hampton Inn I said ok why not let's try them........So I gave the gentleman my card info to book my room and he said oh your card declined I said sir that is not possible my balance says 200.00 dollars so that means my card transaction went through my card balance prior to the transaction was $490.80 after I booked the room, the transaction went thru he proceeded to say no it declined and hung up on me. I experienced 5 other reps as I called back in, 5 other times hang up on me after giving them my phone number until I got an Supervisor whom was polite but not helpful she said ma'am all I can do is advise you to dispute the charges she said I have seen this before I said that's fine I can do that but it still doesn't stop the fact that 5 representatives for Hampton Inn hung up on me and it is totally unacceptable. I WILL NEVER EVER STAY AT AN HAMPTON INN AS LONG AS I LIVE BECAUSE THE WAY I WAS TREATED AS A CUSTOMER WAS TRULY UNBELIEVABLE AS WELL AS UNACCEPTABLE. I WILL STICK TO MARRIOTT AND AS OF TODAY I AM OFFICIALLY DONE WITH HILTON AS THEY ARE A PART OF HAMPTON INN, I WILL DISCONTINUE MY HONORS ACCOUNT WITH HILTON. GOOD LUCK AND GOOD RIDDENS!

I am a hurricane Survivor victim. I had to stay in that place for three months. Amanda, the head housekeeper stole a pillow from me, which I didn’t mention, and I friended her because she was an English speaker amongst Hispanic housekeepers.
Lisa, the motel clerk constantly took things from me and never gave me anything in return which is fine because I’m a kind and compassionate person.
I even gave them Christmas gifts. I even donated paintings to them and I’m an artist.
I don’t mind any of this because I’m a kind and compassionate person, but the nail in the coffin was when I got home I found that 20 Christmas gifts that I purchased for my girlfriend have been stolen $300 worth of items gone.

On the day of check in, we received an email notification saying that our room had been changed to a room with a king bed and a pullout bed. Upon arrival to our room that same day, we had come to find out that there was only one king bed and no pullout, which obviously would not accommodate the three of us. When we called the front desk, we were told that there were no rollaway beds left and were asked if we had traveled with an inflatable mattress that we could use as a last resort. The only other option we were given was to pay for another room with a king bed - which essentially meant that we would have to pay for a mistake made by the hotel.
