2-25-18, came n w my new vape,bought dec27,,he said their batteries shorted out my vape,,we called the manager,manager said print my reciept,and I can send to main company,the curly hair kid,refuses to give me prices on others,,and did not give me any help,.he yelled at me,,and did not give me a reciept,or no other help n getting a new device,,mind u.thay said the batteries that put in it when I hour it,shorted it out,,.I am disabled,and him yelling at me,and saying he will not help me,has giving me a panic attack.......So disappointed in this guy..and now I'm reaching out to...
