Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Archdale

Didn’t even eat the food. We ordered our food to a young lady through the drive through who was whispering into the microphone and constantly made mistakes on our order. When we pull out up the window she leaned over and pulled her mask down and said “are you okay” and to which I replied “yes I am fine, can I have a price breakdown of our order. The price you gave seems really expensive for what I ordered.” 2 salads 2fries 2 waters for $35 it may have been correct but I just wanted to be sure. The other girl then looked at me and said “any mistakes were her fault not mine” and proceeded to tell me what I ordered with no price points. I asked again for the price points and she just read my order back to me again. I then asked to remove the extra sauces that they had added to my order and the first girl looked at me and said “oh you didn’t get those?” And I said “ no I didn’t get any of my food yet nor have I paid” and she said “oh let me go handle that for you”. Then walked around the corner came back and said “they’re making it now” both girls then took out their phones and started playing on them while me and my girlfriend just sat there confused. Where do i begin this location is close to my home. Each time I go I have to say hot food please cause if you don’t they serve cold food. A few times I had to send food back for being cold. Every time I go you always see a customer complaining. So I keep giving them a chance to prove them selves. Wednesday June 11 is last day I tolerate them. They need to train/talk to the workers about hospitality and how to have a pleasant attitude. Maybe let Chick-fl-a staff train them. I sent my daughter in the inside to get 3 wings and things and a Big Zax snack!! Man chicken strips look like chicken nuggets and all fires was cold 🙄 my tradition wings was so dry and old we couldn’t even eat!! Wings had been cooked days ago , not fresh at all. This place is terrible. Every time we come they make us wait at least 20-30 minutes, even when we are the only people there. You can look back into the kitchen and see no one back there making food. I go to the bathroom and workers are sitting on top of the sink on their phone. They see me standing there waiting for our food and continue to goof off, make paper air planes, and gossip their personal lives where everyone can hear it. Not to mention the crew being rude. When our food had finished, the cashier said "I'm not gonna tell them it's ready they can come get" sorry but that's very rude. And ontop of all that, they had us wait that long, only to give us old, cold food. The chicken breast was so dried out it felt like chewing rubber.
