McDonald's — Restaurant in Ardmore

McDonald's is cheap. So you get what you pay for, which is not much. The food & service is like every other Micky D"s. It's a hit or miss. Even then, It's a 2 or 3 star rating.

Employees are l standing around like they didn't or can't see. I usually just walk out of a place when the workers do me that way, but today I waved, motioning for anyone to come help me. I'm like please come here & no one came. So I kinda jumped up & down at that point waving my hands like a crazy woman for a minute. I'm hoping I'd catch someone's attention by eye contact

Surely, someone would have enough common sense & come to see what I might be needing...

Finally, someone did come. They said whatta want in a nasty tone. No, hello, how are you doing or can I help ma'am . I wanted to say some service would be nice, but at that point, I had no intention of ordering.. Then I asked if there was a manager on duty, and surprisingly, they said, yes.. I did speak with the male manager . I asked a few questions & he didn't even seem to care. I said thank you, bye & turned to leave.

This Mickey D's is a big fat zero. There was no way I'd ask for anything even if it was just for a cold drink. My suggestion is to drive across the road to Loves or up the street to Braums or Chick...

Worst location ever. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Waited 40 minutes for 1 kids meal, 1 McDouble, & 1 small fry. Was traveling through OK hoping to make a quick stop. Used the mobile app, tried going through drive through but there was no movement for longer than 5 minutes. Parked and went inside, waited another 5 minutes to be told the bread machine was down. I asked for my food minus the burger bc I was in a hurry. 20 minutes later STILL NO FOOD. 10 minutes later I kept asking to just get the happy meal and what the hold up was but the employees kept ignoring me. I stood waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes holding a baby with no acknowledgment or update on what was taking so long. Multiple cars were being served through the drive through while I was just standing there waiting in the lobby. For 1 happy meal. The older black lady taking orders was sweet but the White employee wearing a grey shirt and Mexican employee wearing a red shirt (manager I would assume) both suck at their job and need a lesson in customer service! By the time we got our food the fries were warm and the nuggets were cold. Do not ever stop at this trash...

Well.... It was Memorial Day weekend and, along with a significant portion of the population, was traveling.

Stopping at McDonald's for breakfast is part of the fun of traveling on a holiday weekend....right??

Well...to try to make the experience easier for everyone, I took census, entered the medium-sized order in the McDonald's app (3 sandwiches, 3 hashbrowns, and a drink), and hoped to make the drive-thru pickup quick and easy.

It was!

So we got gas, went potty, and got back on the highway.

By the time I reached into the bag to hand out food.....I realized...THEY DIDN'T GIVE US ANY OF OUR 3 HASHBROWNS.

So I called them. Listen, I'm used to ordering with ÜberEats and stuff, so I wasn't stressing. OH MY GOD!!! The employees AND management were both so rude!! They refused to give me a refund on food they didn't give me!

So I contacted corporate McDonald's.

THEY WOULDN'T REFUND ME EITHER!!!!!

McDonald's stole from me.

If they steal $6 from one customer (like they did me) daily at each of their locations ....

They're stealing BILLIONS OF...
