Very disappointed with my experience. I am a part of a fairly large family who had been traveling for the past two whole days. There are 7 of us, three of whom are 11 year old triplets. We had stopped in Ardmore for the night and all the triplets wanted was Chick-fil-A, because we come from a very rural community, only having two CFA's in the whole state, the closest one being almost 300 miles away. CFA is a very special opportunity for us. I had went to go get my family supper once we were all settled into the hotel and ordering food for three children, grandparents, a very crabby mother, and myself was NOT a walk in the park. Everyone wanted something very specific and the only common factor in each of our orders was the Chick-fil-A sauce. I had made sure to say I wanted the sauce with every single meal. We had also all gotten beverages because traveling all day makes us very thirsty. When I got to the window, the customer service was not pleasant. I took my food and after the bag almost broke between the window of the building and the window of my vehicle, I made the very stressful drive back to the hotel. I gathered all the hungry children and grandparents around and distributed the food and drinks. Once I had emptied each bag, I had to come to the realization that we had not been giving any CFA sauce. Once we gotten over the sudden shock of no sauce, I also noticed that we had only been given one straw. For 7 beverages. That doesn't add up... The kids were VERY upset. Grandpa was hollering and kids were crying. Food was being thrown everywhere! Every single one of us was looking forward to dipping our overly-salted waffle fries in our CFA sauce and sipping it down with a nice, cold, carbonated beverage. Read moreI have ordered from this Chick-fil-A countless times—enough to rack up 12k reward points in-app. I also have delivered countless orders for this business via Door Dash.
This is the most efficient and consistent place to eat at in Ardmore, and one of the best businesses to work with via Door Dash. Their consistency is phenomenal, especially when compared to other eateries in Ardmore.
At peak business hours, ie lunch rush, it can get crammed in the parking lot. Traffic will be backed into the street as a CFA worker directs the parking lot traffic. This is due to multiple channels of orders occurring at once, condensed into a small site: on-site orders (dine in, take out, and drive thru), mobile app orders, and Door Dash delivery orders.
Despite this traffic, this store can still get people in and out rather quickly, and manages to complete orders at a rate no other business has matched in Ardmore.
Mistakes happen, however, they are VERY far and few in between with this store. Out of all of my orders over the course of 3 years, I’ve had one incorrect order, that was quickly remedied by management.
In conclusion, this Chick-fil-A is a logistical champion, and is also the #1 business to work alongside via Door Dash.
If your order is within the .01% of mistakes, it is quickly remedied by a manager.

Read moreApparently, this store is not aware of the way other Chick fil a's are run in greater Oklahoma City or Dallas areas where there are employee's with microphones waiting at or before the ordering screens, and cashier stations outside the store before you reach the window - all designed to eliminate or drastically reduce wait times. At those other stores, once you reach the final window, you simple pick up your food and are on your way. Agree with previous comments - this is a classic case of poor management, poor leadership and possibly poor training of employees. I really WANT this store to be successful but its learning a painful lesson in the first few weeks of opening and after talking with several people waiting either in line early this morning (inside - did not want drivethru as one was closed and the line on the other was massive), all were VERY disappointed at the service. Update: have turned things around completely - excellent service and fast! A must if you want the famous chicken / pickle ‘burger’!!
UPDATE: Growing pains were tough but this store is now a rock star. Excellent service, typical CFA food and very, very efficient drive through. 5 stars...
