Boot Barn — Local services in Ardmore

I emailed my Long review to the district manager.

Although, I will give praise to Amanda. That’s the store manager. She’s great. But the rest of the management staff that’s so high on calling themselves assistance. They’re absolutely appalling to the retail industry!!!

In particular, the assistant manager working The afternoonon of August the 19th And the assistant working opening the store the morning of the 20th.

Both hung up on me when I was trying to place a special order. They are both very argumentative, question what the customer is doing and asking nonstop, rude, And refused over $175 sale!!!

As I said, I would be taking this all up with the DM. No staffs in any retail location should act the way these two individuals did, especially at Biot Barn locations.

We have done business with Boot Barn in Norman with Trina and her staff for years and we will continue to do that if I have to drive the extra 150 miles out of the way!!! I would say that the staff at Ardmore need yo learn a lot from Trina and her staff at Norma! Quit honestly I highly recommend that you get rid those two assistances. Then find Amanda a management staff that can help make her store...
