Whataburger — Restaurant in Ardmore

food had to be returned cause its was old and hard and the cashier wasn't very pleasant my friends hamburger wasn't the was she ask for it to be made she told them to be sure not to put mustard on it cause it will make her sick and the cashier again wasn't not so pleasant I ask about a jalapeno burger or whatever u call it and the cashier said she was new and didn't have any idea what it was or how it was made I had to ask her if she.could get someone who could was the only way I could find out usually if someone ask u about something u don't know u tell them that give me a moment and I'll find out for u or something u don't just leave it at that or tell them to make another selection and as to how much it was I could really no for sure because she got it all screw up at register and it was like I messed up her evening because we stopped there to eat and I strongly recommend going some where else nothing worse than to order a meal and it b eww messed up from paying to getting old cold food and having to ask for it to be redone from someone with attitude to...

Whataburger is one of my all time favorite restaurant bit the night staff of Saturday October 11th was the worst I have scene in my life I gave my order nice simple and quick all I asked for was a number 2 large with cheese and a sprite never asked for my name the proceeded to lose my order in the system and i waited for an hour as exactly 6 cars behind me passed before I even got to talk to anyone and when I told him my order he said knowingly that it's been made the whole time but sitting there BECAUSE THEY NEVER ASKED MY NAME so they brought it out and I asked is it free? He scoffed then said I gave u a cookie I told him I had a tooth removed recently and couldn't eat that I asked nicely if he could just get me another larger fry he proceeds to walk back inside sit in there in a moment(I'm guessing) and then walk back out with my order ME TRUSTING HIM DRIVES OFF AFTER THANKING HIM AND WISHING HIM A GOODNIGHT to find out he walked inside for nothing and never even got fried again this is the WORST experience I have ever had here and I come...

Ardmore location. The trash can was overflowing, trash on ground at entry. The counter person was cordial but made an error - charging me for 4 French fries instead of a small shake. He delivered the shake but dropped it on floor at counter end. It was replaced but while waiting for an order of a chicken fajita 4 other customers either stepped in the mess or diverted around it. The counter person brought a mop to clean it up and the mop was filthy! I received my fajita and it looked really good - I tasted a bite and it tasted quite good. I could not shake my vision of the mop and ended up tossing everything and going to a Braums next door. If I had not previously been to a Whataburger I would never go back based on this visit. I go to a location in McKinney about every other week but think I would like to now see their mop. It seems like someone unlocked the door - told the crew to handle things and left.
