The food is always sloppy, the people that take your order always make you feel like you're a bother to them.... It doesn't matter the time of the day you're there either. They talk to you like you're an idiot over the speaker and then when you get to the window they are always playing around throwing food or other things at one another and cussing ridiculously loud while I have my kids in the car. They gave me my order don't say one thing to me, like "Thank you!" Or "Have a nice day !" When my kids are waving at them and saying " hi !!!!", They hurt turn the back and shut the window. After I check the food and the entire order is wrong? I have to wait to get their attention for about 10 to 15 minutes because, that seemed like the right time to finally close the window? I hate going there and will never return. It's sad too, because this is a newer location, so I gave them a few chances to make a satisfied customer out of me, but with the rolling of the eyes and the impression that I was interrupting their food fight time (which was probably with our correct order) . It's just not for me. The lady always has her nails longer than my debit card and I can't imagine how the health department feels or any other with half of a brain feels about her with these scissor hands touching people's food...
Read moreI recently had a disappointing experience with a mobile order from Taco Bell that really left me frustrated. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was handed a Lemonade Freeze with its lid only halfway secured, causing it to spill onto my hands as the employee passed it to me. To make matters worse, no napkins were provided, leaving me to deal with the mess without any assistance.
When I finally got my bag, I was disappointed to find my taco carelessly thrown inside. The packaging was a mess, with lettuce and cheese spilling out and ending up at the bottom of the bag. It was clear that little attention was given to presentation or care in handling the food.
To top it all off, I noticed the customer behind me had issues with their order as well. They had to go inside to resolve a mistake, only to be sent back to fix another error. This really made me question the overall quality of service at this location.
Overall, this experience was frustrating and unsatisfactory. I hope that Taco Bell can address these issues, as it detracted significantly from what should have been a simple and...
Read moreLooks like a normal urban taco bell all by itself, almost inconvenient to get to from the highway, but in this town it is an oasis. I drive from OKC to Dallas regularly, and this place has never done me wrong. Do they give me a normal taco sometimes instead of a supreme? Sure. But do they give me meat when I ask for beans? Absolutely never. The bathrooms are clean, accessible, non-gendered, and never backed up or lined up for. The staff are cool, polite, and friendly, even when the drive thru is wrapped around and nacho fries can't fry fast enough. I have never once been glared at for looking queer here, which is hard to find in this stretch of country, and more than just appreciated. This is what an ideal Taco Bell is. When you're here, you're safe, you're fed, and you're valued....
