Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Argyle

We stop at this Jimmy John’s at least once a week, usually on Tuesdays, when I’m juggling preschool pickup and heading back to work. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating! I typically arrive earlier than my online order is ready, but they work so fast to get it done, and everything always tastes great—no complaints at all.

We especially love Braden! It’s usually just me and my daughter, and even though I don’t order her a sandwich (she shares with me), Braden always goes above and beyond to make her feel special. He gives her a little bag with mustard, just for her, and it absolutely makes her day.

This Jimmy John’s has amazing customer service, and the team really knows how to make you feel welcome. We’re greeted warmly every time. It’s a small thing, but it really stands out. Highly recommend...

The food is great! The “freaky fast” that I’m used to is non-existent at this location. Both times I’ve ordered from this location have been mobile orders. Each time I had to wait anywhere from 5-10 minutes after ordering ahead, driving to, and then entering the store to pick up my meal. Again, not the “freaky fast” that I’m used to. In fact it seems “strangely slow” with the number of people working the location and the slow food prep. All in all, unless I just have a ton of time I need to kill, I likely won’t visit this location again. It’s a shame since the food is good but the service...

This was our 2nd time ordering from this new location and both times the orders were wrong and we have not wanted to drive the couple miles back to the store. We have tried calling to at least to talk to someone but the home doesn't get answered.
