Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Arizona

Unfortunately, every visit has produced a negative experience in some way. For example, something being left out of my order in the drive-thru and not noticing the missing item or items until I have arrived home (this has happened on several occasions), not being given the appropriate utensils to coincide with what was ordered (no straws or spoons), being charged wrong prices for items, and so forth. Something negative has occurred with every visit to this DQ. Also, for weeks their speaker in the drive-thru was not functioning properly, yet there was no notice posted in the drive-thru, they were aware of this, yet kept conducting business as usual. Needless to say, I am quite disappointed. Tonight, I came home with an order that was missing a large Coke that I paid for. I attempted to call the store at least 10 times to make them aware of this, but the calls remained unanswered and the phone just rang and rang. Not good...

Monday Night March 10, 2025: My kiddo and I stopped at the drive-thru after her extracurricular activity. We haven't been to this location in a very long time. While the service was friendly and staff was helpful, the drive-thru was very slow. I just remembered that it is Spring Break for some schools, school districts, and families, so it could have been busier than normal because of that (I'm not sure). It was busy for a Monday night though. They were nice and apologized for the wait after we sat at the drive-thru speaker while waiting a couple minutes for our order to be taken. This location seems to run out of ingredients quite often too. Because the prices are all different in all different Dairy Queens and then when you go in you order a box of Dilly Bars you might double chocolate then they charge you for them and then they don't have them or when you go through the drive-thru you order Dilly Bars and they give you the vanilla ones when you order Chocolat once and then the owners that appreciative of your business so I try not to go to Dairy Queen anymore and I try not to go there. And any of the Dairy Queens and then they have a Rewards program but the reports program is not hooked up to all of them automatically and when you go through the drive-thru none of them want to put your rewards number into the computer system so you can get your...
