Salad and Go — Restaurant in Arizona

I love Salad and Go and I am thankful to have a healthy fast food option nearby. I also enjoy trying their seasonal salads. Unfortunately, half the time I order from this location, I end up with chicken in my salad, despite ordering tofu. They'll either just completely mess it up and add only chicken, instead of tofu, or I get it due to what I assume is cross contamination on their line, and them not paying attention. This is really frustrating to me as I either find out as I'm leaving the location or I don't find out until I have left and go to eat my food. This last visit, I waited 10 minutes in the mobile pick up line, got my salad, noticed something was wrong with it before I left, and waited at the window and no one came back to talk to me despite me waiting with my window rolled down on a 110° day. I am not sure what is going on with this location, but it appears service has gone down hill. I have added pictures of my seasonal vegan salad with chicken covered in the tomato tapenade. I do not appreciate this and the carelessness. If you are vegan, gluten free, dairy free, have allergies, please check your food!! As this has happened to me more than five times and I've also had my dairy free salads covered in cheese! I order online to try to mitigate any confusion, but my orders continuously...

I go to salads to go more often than I’d like to admit(5-6 times per week) when I go I typically order breakfast burritos and something for lunch& bev. I’m not sure if there’s a lot of new hires or my OGs left but my orders are CONSISTENTLY incorrect ! And they’ll fight you if they FORGET TO GIVE YOU SAUCE. How do you forget the sauce and then try to tell me that the sauce was in the bag. I’m not even certain how that happens as I order on the app. It’s very inconvenient for me to drive back . Also when I first started going my burritos were filling and delicious lately I can’t admit to being satisfied. Not sure what’s going on but please get it together. I’m speak for everyone that was excited to have a salads and go near us. I’d hate to have to drive all the way to the other side of town for something that could easily...

I love salads and go and was so excited to have one right across the street from where we live. I stop by for a breakfast and salad at least once a week, if not more. I have been increasingly disappointed with the customer service and accuracy of what I have ordered and what I have received. This morning is a perfect example. I ordered a burrito with additional items, I repeated it twice to the woman in the drive through and then again to the man in the window. I get it opened to eat and it is a completely different order! When you pay $12 for breakfast and a salad you are expecting to get what you ordered.
