First off, I love Papa Murphy's. This rating has nothing to do with Papa Murphy's in general, just this one store. I brought my 3&5 year old boys with me thinking 7-10 minutes and we would be on our way. It was mildly busy, but not horrible. Be aware before ordering the cost of their pizza is almost double the cost of pizza hut or dominos and you still have to cook it. I understand that labor is hard to find, but shouldn't come at the cost of poor customer service as well as poor food. If you choose to fill out their survey and want to complain, the lady who calls you back will bully you into submission. If you argue back, she will ban you from the store, and hang up on you. Very poor service all around, and should contemplate a different style of...

I belive little more sauce on the pie, would have made it much better, because the amount of cheese and toppings were just fine. The direction were good, make sure to read the tips on back of instructions.
