I decided to grab an early lunch at the 19th Hole and arrived around 10:45 AM. I asked for the lunch menu, and a few minutes later, the waitress informed me that the manager was upset I even asked, as lunch doesn’t start until 11:00. She said if I wanted to order, I’d have to wait. I found it pretty amusing, considering I already knew that and was just sitting at the bar patiently waiting. By the time our short exchange ended, it was already 10:55. What makes this more puzzling is that the place was completely empty — about six people total, and none of them were eating, just drinking. You’d think an empty restaurant would appreciate the business, but apparently not. I’ve been a regular here, but after today, I won’t be back. The waitress was kind and professional, and I do appreciate that, but it doesn’t make up for the manager’s rude attitude. To top it all off, the food wasn’t even good — definitely not the usual fresh, tasty quality I’ve come to expect. It tasted old, possibly store-bought. The waitress offered more fries, then returned to say the manager had denied it — and I never even requested them in the first place. Oh, and the drink cup? Dirty, with visible debris inside. I’m officially removing the 19th Hole from my rotation. Save your time and money — this place isn’t what it used to be.

We ate here three times during our stay at the adjoining hotel. Dinner can be quite noisy depending on the occupancy. Felt a little like a local "watering hole" which is fine. Food was good, first night my steak was excellent, rice pilaf was luke warm and soggy, I only ate one bite of it, Fettuccini was a little dryer than it should have been. Second night was a little better, same steak, night quite as good as the first night; steamed vegetables were cold in the middle. Baked potato was perfect. Hamburger was perfect. Wine's tasted pretty good. Comp breakfast that came with the room was better than expected. Upgrade options available. Staff all three visits were exceptional and attentive. It was particularly nice to dine in and have a short walk to our room.

Having moved to town six months ago, the 19th Hole is one of our favorite places to eat and enjoy some nice cold adult beverages! We usually sit at the bar and all of the bartenders are great and very attentive. Sarah is our favorite and she’s got such a great personality and we know that when she’s behind the bar we’re going to have great service and a good time! The food is always spot on and their Chicken sandwich along with the Sweet Potato Fries are the bomb!!!! The 19th hole is a can’t miss spot in the GV area!!!

2/24/24 Great tasting 4-5 star food but needs to expand on the appetizer's. Not really as family friendly with 4 year olds and up because of the really foul language allowed to be used there.

These are 5 star, *Carl, Sarah, plus Jo the mgr. are the best. A couple other servers do well.

Only 1 Star, !!!Careful on thursday, friday, and saturday afternoon/evenings. They have a female bartender that has to 'screech' at the top of her lungs in her attempt to be noticed plus wanting to be the loudest in the room.

My wife has a heart murmur and if we aren't watching where this bar tender is, she let's go!!! Scaring the 'H' out of you. ...not just at the bar! she will go out in the table areas and 'screech' back at the drunk women at the bar, 50 feet away. If you go on those days, get there before her shift!!!, thur 4pm, fri 4pm, sat 12 noon.

Skip SAD SATURDAY AFTERNOON with kids. Skip the Karaoke saturday, 2pm. The 'Screech' is there and same locals always supporting their drunk friends wearing stretch jeans that are stretched to the limits that pop the conchos off probably.

Sad lonely senior's aging the best they can.

If you are still there about 1:30, it's pretty funny to watch all the make-up and big hair coming in. The 'mary-jane' supply guy on the music machine stinks like his product. He deals at the Haven golf course. Plus watch them come and go out the back door of the bar to smoke each others product to see who has the best.

It would be nice if they had a sunday of some peaceful piano, guitar, string trio maybe. Rather than just 'road house' stuff.

I know the staff really looks forward to the bigger tips on the days the drunks and male golfer's are there. But it's not a good place for all. So 3 stars at...

Went to dinner on 6/15/19, inviting our friends, as we had visited several other times. We were highly disappointed this night. Service was extremely slow, and even though there was one large party and about 8 empty tables, we had very poor service. 1st they gave us some water with very little tea and lemonade, and when we brought it to their attention, it took them about 15 mins to return with the explanation of their beverage machines not working. I ordered a beer instead! We then ordered, and I ordered my usual, Chicken Piccata, only I had to return it as it had a massive pile of Parmesan Cheese on top...YUCK! NEVER, in my years of ordering Chicken Piccata have I had any restaurant serve it with cheese on top! You all might want to change how it is served, as you already did! The first time I ordered it from you all, it was served proper, on a bed of noodles...

Finally out beer and drinks came. Almost after everyone was done with their food. I know your staff apologized several times, but all around, it was still bad service. Nobody should have to wait around that long!

p.s. The bottom of my Chicken was burnt, but I still ate it. A little char wasn’t going to harm my now hungry self! I think we will rethink about taking visitors to you all again. Our visitors live in Sahuarita, and they stated they wouldn’t return, and frankly I don’t blame them!

p.s.s. I make a mean Chicken Piccata, and I can tell you that the flavor on yours was spot on, but presentation was lacking, as well as...
