Edit from 1 star to 5 star Christian contacted us immediately after I posted my review. Christian came out and examined the mattress and agreed the mattresses were indeed not up to the quality. He sent information to the Sapphire mattress company and they agreed to a full reimbursement. We found a very firm mattress in the store and used the store credit plus additional $400 to purchase 2 twin xl. I Am giving 5 stars because of the customer service that Christian gave us. The mattresses are indeed firm and my husbands back pain is not as severe when getting up in the morning. I do hope that the mattresses will retain the firmness for several years to come.

I’m 24 week pregnant and they helped my husband and I find a mattress & box spring that was in our prince range and fit out comfort level.
